With hands-on experience as a Lead Educator and a background in early childhood and primary
education, I am committed to creating learning environments where children feel safe, valued, and
inspired to explore.
I completed my Graduate Diploma of Early Childhood Education in October 2024 and am currently
studying towards a Master of Teaching (Primary) at Holmes Institute, expected to finish in October 2025.
My academic journey, combined with earlier studies in Human Resource Management and Commerce,
has helped me develop a thoughtful and organized approach to both teaching and leadership.
In my current role at Journey Early Learning in Alphington, I plan and deliver developmentally
appropriate programs aligned with EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQF frameworks. I document learning
experiences, guide reflective practice during team meetings, and support transitions for new children
and families. I also work closely with assistant educators, providing mentorship and fostering a
collaborative team environment.
Alongside my education experience, I’ve worked in administration and admissions roles where I
developed strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. I am fluent in English, Hindi,
and Nepali, and confident using platforms such as Storypark, Trello, Oracle, and Microsoft Office. I hold
a valid Working with Children Check, Police Check, and current certifications in First Aid, CPR,
Mandatory Reporting, and Food Safety.
I value respectful relationships, meaningful engagement with families, and a calm, child-centred
approach to learning. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my knowledge and enthusiasm to your
team and contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.
Thank you for reviewing my application. I look forward to the opportunity to speak with you further.
