Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello! My name is Eileen and I have recently moved to Melbourne from New York. My educational background and work experience in speech pathology would make me a wonderful fit as a babysitter and/or nanny. I have worked with children between the ages of 2-15 years in schools and homes. I have a valid WWCC and background clearances. I am COVID-19 vaccinated/boosted and have a valid VIC drivers license. My experience working with children and teens who present with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, and speech and language deficits would make me a great candidate to assist where needed! I am currently working as a speech-language pathologist at a special developmental school, but have school holidays, evenings and weekends available!

Hello, I am originally from Mexico but spent most of my life living in the U.S. I was an Au Pair when I was studying abroad in Paris, France. I also worked at summer camps in Texas where I was a counselor to 5-10 year olds. I just moved to Australia about a year ago to study Marketing and Communications. Decided to give babysitting a try! Love kids, love to cook, love to go to the movies, and love pets!

Hi! My name is Tilly and I am 29 years old, living in St Kilda. I love working with children, and have extensive experience in both a babysitting/nannying capacity as well as most recently in student wellbeing support for high-schoolers. I have a Bachelor in Paramedicine and am highly trained and competent with the administration of medical and mental-health first aid. Currently, I am an artist and run my own regenerative swimwear label from my home studio and am looking for part-time/casual work to supplement my income as I work on my passions! I'm also the very proud aunty of three, soon to be six beautiful baby niblings (pictured), so I understand and respect first hand the immense trust given by parents to leave their children in someone else's care and take this very seriously.

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi families! My name is Tahlia; I am 27 and reside in Richmond. A bit about me - I love being a nanny. I spend a lot of my time in nature, I enjoying anything creative, especially writing and am an absolute nerd when it comes to architecture and interior design. I am an honest, happy, caring and optimistic person. I am happiest when I spend time with children; I adore children's curiosity, innocence, and imagination. Working as a nanny, I am privileged to be a good role model and positively impact a child's life. There is nothing sweeter than a child's laugh or when they come to you so proud to show you something they have created or accomplished. I am nurturing and fully present while interacting with kids, validating their feelings, and providing affection and comfort when sought. I am fun! I like to keep children away from the TV and get them outside to play and explore, and I'm always coming up with games to entertain and broaden their imaginations. I am creative; I am in the process of writing multiple children's books. I spend quality time with the children while we draw, colour, write or paint together. I love serving others; I was taught the importance of service from a young age, helping people genuinely makes me happy - this is why I love the role of a nanny. I have worked as a nanny, casual babysitter, and housekeeper. I have looked after children of all ages, from 2 months to 12 years old. I have worked with children of all genders and looked after children with severe anxiety and ADHD. I spent five months caring for a newborn baby boy and stayed overnight for most of the week. I did all of the late-night bottle feeds and diaper changes while settling him back to sleep; I also attended the pediatrician appointments. Additionally, I was the housekeeper; I ensured the home was clean and organised, creating a safe environment for the baby. He is now nearly three, and I still occasionally babysit him. Furthermore, I have looked after twins from 2-3 years old. I looked after a 6-year-old girl, and my role was to get her out of bed and off to school, as the mum would leave as soon as I arrived. I looked after two girls (10 and 12 years old); my role was to pick them up from school, take them to their afterschool activities, and help them with their homework while also doing some light housework, helping as much as I could as the girl's dad is a single parent. I casually babysit for two other families; one has three cheeky boys (2/ 4/ 7), while the other has two daughters (2/5). I have been looking after these girls since they were born. I am also the eldest of five girls; my youngest sister is 15 years younger than me. I studied Interior Design and Property Development; I worked in the corporate world for five years, but I have decided to work as a nanny and focus on publishing my children's books. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions, Warm regards, Tahlia,

Hello, I recently completed my Honours year in Psychology and am taking the year off before I intend to undertake my Masters in Clinical Psychology. Growing up as the 2nd eldest with 4 brothers, I have cared for those younger than me for many years. I am passionate about getting children outdoors and making lasting memories together. I love spending time with young people and have great experience caring for large and small families in my hometown of Ballarat. I understand the importance of not only building a nurturing relationship with the young person but also you as the parents - so we together can provide the young person a cohesive platform for growth. As my own parents say it truly does take a village to raise a child, so I would be absolutely honoured to become a part of that supportive group. I very much look forward to getting in touch, Ruby

Hi guys!! Really nice to meet you. My name is Sanne, I am a 26 years old oncology nurse and now situated in Melbourne (CBD). I lived and worked in the Netherlands before and then after 4 years as a nurse I decided to do something different and go travelling. That was (and is still amazing). I went to South-east Asia for almost 5 months and now I am settled in Melbourne to stay for a while with my working holiday visa. Because I appreciate the city life in Australia as well at the moment. I work since 2 weeks in a cafe / coffeeshop, named Brick Lane. It is lovely, and I am working there mostly in the mornings a couple days a week. I want to do something more so I would love to help you out with babysitting. I really love playing with Kids, do creative stuff, bake things, go outside, play at the playground, do some games or read a book together. As a kid I read also a lot of books and I know how good it is for the kids. So that is definitely something I want to stimulate. But also playing outside. I hope I can help you out and that we can meet up. I would love to talk to you !! Lovely greetings, Sanne
