Hi, I'm Ruby! I’m a dedicated and experienced babysitter with a passion for creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for children. With years of hands-on experience caring for family friends and younger cousins, I’ve developed a deep understanding of children's needs at different stages. Beyond the kitchen, I have a genuine passion for art and board games, which allow me to engage children in creative and interactive ways that keep them entertained and learning. Whether it's imaginative play, reading stories, or winding down for bedtime, I strive to make each moment enjoyable and enriching. I’d love the opportunity to support your family and provide attentive, reliable care for your children. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi, my name is Mariah :) I have just completed my Occupational Therapy degree and have work lined up on Feb 2026 as a new graduate paediatric OT. I am looking for work as a babysitter/nanny, until I start my career as an Occupational Therapists. The reason I decided to pursue Occupational Therapy is because of my passion for working with kids! I was lucky enough to have multiple paediatric placements across the course of my degree, both in private practice and in specialist schools. I have experience working in Kindergartens as an Additional Assistant and worked in both Canada and Scotland as an Au Pair/Live-in Nanny, which was an incredible experience. Au Pair/Nanny Details: Calgary, Canada - 1 year full-time for 1 year with G3/4 and B4/5. Vancouver, Canada - 1 year part-time (before/after school) for G5/6 and G9/10. Scotland - 6mo full-time for a lovely 10-15mo old. London - I also worked as a teaching assistant, which is when I first discovered my passion for working with children :) I love to 'muck-in' with the kids, take them on outings and participate in engaging activities. I will always show respect and compassion towards kids as they navigate their emotions. I am happy to prepare kids meals, do the kids laundry and the night-time routine etc. My previous work experience, coupled with my compassion, enthusiasm, honesty and nurturing nature allows me to build a wonderful rapport with children and parents. I look forward to hearing from you if this sounds like the right fit!

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time

Hi Parents! I’m a 30-year-old professional nanny based in St Kilda, where I share my home with three Australian budgies. Coming from a large family, I’m lucky to have five nieces and two nephews who keep things fun and lively! What started as casual babysitting sparked a deep passion for childhood development and supporting families in creating balanced, efficient households. This passion has led me to a rewarding career as a nanny. With eight years of experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working with children ranging from 9 months to 16 years old. My first professional role involved working 30 hours a week with two wonderful girls, aged 3 and 6. My responsibilities included all transportation to and from school and after-school activities, assisting with homework, and providing engaging entertainment through arts and crafts, dance classes, and other fun activities. I also prepared dinner (I love to cook!), managed bath and bedtime routines, and handled light household duties like laundry and home organisation. I helped with errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office duties and taking their dog for walks. I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of families throughout my career. One of my roles involved caring for three older children— a 9-year-old girl, an 11-year-old boy, and a 13-year-old boy. My responsibilities included providing safe transportation to and from after-school activities, assisting with homework, and ensuring they had everything they needed for the next day’s activities. I also prepared lunch boxes, cooked delicious meals and maintained a fun and engaging environment for the kids with baking and various board games. In addition to my nannying experience, I’ve worked as a chaperone for Kidz On Set, ensuring the safety and well-being of children on set and backstage during productions. I was also a dance coach at Haileybury College, teaching students from Prep through to Year 10. I currently hold a valid Working With Children Check, Police Check, full driver’s licence, my own car, and First Aid certification, including CPR. I’m also particularly fond of dogs and cats! Earlier in my career, I spent two years working with two ambitious boys, aged 9 months and 3 years. This experience helped me develop my skills in infant care, ensuring their happiness and health while providing a nurturing and structured environment. My duties included managing household cleanliness, laundry, cooking balanced meals, maintaining nap and bedtime routines, and organising outings to libraries and parks. I also created sensory and developmental activities to promote their emotional and cognitive development. Currently, I’m working with a 5yo boy and 13mo girl with hours reducing next year. Ideally, I’d love to find a role with a long-term commitment. I believe it’s important for children to have a reliable, committed nanny who can adapt to a family’s needs and I’m excited for the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to a new family. Thank you! Paris
