We’re looking for a warm, experienced and nurturing nanny to care for our son Xavier, who turns 2 at the end of November, for three regular weekdays each week at our home in Cheltenham.

We’re hoping to find someone long term who can become a familiar, trusted and important person in his life. Xavier is a happy, affectionate and curious little boy who loves exploring, reading, playing and being outdoors.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and is happy to plan simple age-appropriate activities, read together, play on the floor, go for walks, and support his development through everyday play and connection.

A calm, responsive and affectionate approach is very important to us. We follow an attachment-based parenting style and want someone who is comfortable offering reassurance, closeness and comfort when Xavier is upset, rather than leaving him to cry.

We’re a vegan household, so we’d also love someone who is comfortable preparing (not a must) and serving simple plant-based meals and snacks for him.

Ideally, you will have:
• Strong experience caring for children aged 1–3
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current paediatric First Aid and CPR
• Recent references from families
• A calm, patient and reliable nature
• Driver’s licence
• Non-smoker

Early childhood education, childcare or professional nanny experience would be highly regarded.

The role is for three consistent weekdays each week, and we’re ideally looking for someone interested in a long-term position.

Most importantly, we want to find someone Xavier feels completely safe, happy and comfortable with.

We’re looking for a warm, reliable and organised family helper for our two children (4 and 1), Tuesdays and Fridays. Days flexible for right person.

7–9am: Take over the morning routine — breakfast, dressing and getting ready — then drive to nearby kinder/childcare (both within 5 mins). Lunches and bags will be ready. Optional 30-min dog walk after drop-off for extra hours.

3:30–6pm: Pick up the kids, home for snack and play, bath our 1-year-old and serve pre-made dinner.

Must have own car, driver’s licence, references, experience with young children and be comfortable with dogs.

We’re looking for a fun, easygoing and reliable babysitter to help us with after school care for our 2 kids, aged 5 and 7. Bilingual French / Aussie family in Caulfield Nth. Job would involve picking our little one up from kindy and her brother from school, prepping a simple dinner and keeping the kids entertained until we get home. Will need a licence as kindy is a little too far from school to walk! (But just a few mins drive)

We would like to start with Wednesdays approx 3.00/3.30pm - 6.30pm and eventually add another afternoon and ad hoc babysitting too.
