Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I am currently home from Canberra for the summer and looking for either casual or routine work from mid NOvember to the end of January. I am wonderfully cheerful and an absolute hit around children! I've been babysitting casually for my mums friends for around a year and a half now and i have absolutely adored taking care of children. I've loved it so much, in fact, that i now work as a before school care worker for primary school kids and also coach 8-14 year olds in soccer. I'm incredibly capable of controlling children whilst also inspiring them to have fun and grow as a person. Ever since i was 12 my mum would always leave me to take care of my little cousins because they would listen to me and enjoy themselves so much that they wouldn't cry (which my aunties loved..). However, besides this fun side I'm also incredibly mature, dedicated and organised. For years I've pushed and applied myself where necessary, whether it be to gain soccer skills or get the best grade possible. This discipline is reflected through my current education at the Australian National University, which i work incredibly hard to get into. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or believe we'd be a good fit :)

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

I'm mackenzie and have strong passion for looking after and assisting in the development of young children/toddlers as they grow up. To this date, i have been nannying for a family up in the northern suburbs roughly 90 minutes away and have been doing so for the past year. However due to the time it takes to commute, i have decided to move on and am looking for work nearby (within roughly 30 minutes from Black Rock). I am the oldest of 4 in my household and have spent plenty of time looking after them aswell as my 2 cousins, one in which is 4 years old and my other cousin that is 17 and has special needs. Having looked after a variety of children from different age groups have helped me learn and equip the right skills to become a nanny and were what originally sparked my passion for looking after young children. This year in my gap year I also studied a certificate of education support via monash university.

Hi future families, My names is Amber. I'm a highly motivated, adaptable recently graduated primary teacher, looking to work with a family in term 4 and the summer holidays. I have worked as a learning development assistant in a private school for the past year, working with neurodiverse students and students with learning difficulties. In addition to supporting and helping kids develop and learn, I'm wanting to help the family with anything they need, whether that be cooking meals, shopping for food, cleaning the house. I have previously babysat a family of three ranging from ages between 2-7. Each day was different and involved dropping the kids off to daycare/school, picking them up, entertaining the kids throughout the day, cooking meals, doing basic household cleaning and cooking meals for the kids. As a university student I am looking a family that requires a dedicated, young, and enthusiastic person with a passion for continuous learning, development and guidance. NEWBORN NANNY Hi Families, I’m Jasmine - a Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Family Health Nursing (MCHN). I’m also a Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator and very lucky mum to two beautiful boys (two under two)! Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked as a Private Nanny, Paediatric Nurse, and Childcare Educator, supporting families through the newborn stage and beyond. I’ve had the privilege of working in nursery rooms, supporting new parents in their homes (both live-in and live-out), and caring for children at the Royal Children’s Hospital. I’m now looking to return to the workforce (ideally from January 2026) and I’m hoping to find a family with a newborn to love and support, as connecting with a family during those early months and being part of their journey is something I truly cherish. I bring a calm, confident, and nurturing approach to my work, with a focus on building trust and helping families feel supported through each stage of their little one’s development. I’m confident in all aspects of infant care: organising/implementing nap routines and gentle sleep training, introduction of solids/preparation of baby food, nappies (including cloth) and toilet training, bathing, bottle and equipment sterilisation, keeping nursery tidy and organised etc. I also have a safe and reliable car, with a clean driver’s record and two fitted car seats (rear facing). Further, as an experienced household manager, I can help with any household duties including: laundry, kitchen tasks (dishes, meal preparation etc.), and the running of appropriate errands. My Qualifications include: Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma of Child and Family Health Nursing, Certificate 3 in Children Services (childcare qualified), First Aid, CPR, Police Check & Working with Children’s Check. If I sound of interest and could potentially be a good fit for your family, I’d love to hear from you to connect. Warm regards, Jasmine
