Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hello! My name's Oliwia, I'm 23 years old and I came from Poland. I have a year of experience as an Au Pair! I worked in Norway for a wonderful family of 5, with 3 amazing, loud and energetic girls aged 3, 5 and 7. My tasks, apart from creating happy memories for my girls, also included light housekeeping and cooking dinner/preparing food for the whole family. Before that, I had the opportunity to work as an Educator in Spain, where I'd conduct classes of Polish to groups of kids aged 2-3 and 4-6 yo in a fun way :) I adore kids, their curiosity, and the ease they have in finding beauty in the simplest things! I am very patient and non-judgmental. I know how important it is for the kid to have space to express themselves and their feelings, so I make sure they have it when I'm around. And, what's even more important for them, is that we have fun :)

Hi, I am a mature, experienced, active, healthy, happy and passionate carer. I have been looking after children since I was 13. I have two grown up children and 3 grandchildren. Currently working as a Nanny. I cook, tidy, sort, organize, cater and personally assist with errands for various families already. Now I am ready to fill my available times in my working week.. I have experience with newborns and I can help new mother's also. I can do some casual work in my spare time, or have permanent work, if it fits my weekly workload. I speak, read and write fluent English and Hungarian,( I can understand a very minimal German .)-- also teach and participate in Hungarian folk-dance two evenings a week. Dancing is a big part of my life, it is a great way to keep fit!! Also love gardening, and spending time on the beach...or riding my bike.. You will be surprised what can be achieved in a few hrs in the morning! I can be very flexible for the right family, as all my references will tell you. Family pets are no problem. I have checkable (GREAT) references for you. Looking forward to hearing from you. ****Thank you, and have a great day :). Maria H

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I am very excited about meeting and getting to know you. About me: I have been providing childcare over the past 22 years. The last 9 of those I have been a Nanny. I am looking for a Permanent Part-time position/s; as I am back at Uni come July. 85% of my classes are asynchronous online classes, so I get to set my study hour. I have worked with many different family equations: twins with a younger siblings, all girls, all boys, brothers and sisters, and solo children. I’ve looked after children from 9mths - 12 years old. Children are different and I stay adaptable, because as they age - how I interacted with them must change. Some children are runners, some are quite contemplators, others always need to be crafting and creating big cardboard constructions, while another is quite happy to sit and do colouring in and drawing non-stop. They all ask questions after question non stop, lols (as a result you get to learn from having to google answers to the questions you don’t have an answer for. For e.g. I now know the oldest living animal is the Greenland shark and it is guessed to have a lifespan of 250-500 yrs, the current oldest one is guessed to be 300 years old) I like to play word games and math games and encourage conversation, I let the children lead as to what they want to do, to buikd confidence in their own voice. Duties I undertake: MORNING ROUTINS; breakfast, lunch boxes, school bag packing, day-care/kinder/school drop offs -For the little ones when at home and not at daycare/kindy. I like to have our week planned. Be it excursions to the zoo, park an indoor play center, library time or classes that helps their development (that the parents have enrolled them into) like Gymbaroo, Ready steady go, All Sports etc. to activities we can do at the house like baking or painting or even a playdate with their best friend. HOUSE MANAGEMENT; grocery and maintenance of pantry & basic medicine (ie expiries and organisation), light laundry duties, light house keeping, school holiday and pupil free day planning, meal planning, food prep (dietary requirements taken into consideration, naturally) multi-tasking and more. AFTERNOON ROUTINE; networking with other parents at the children’s school that the children are friends with or do extra curriculum with, extracurricular coordination, planning of play dates, supervise-assistance with homework and practice for their extra curriculum. With additional extras from me if wanted/needed or time permits (eg. Music theroy, maths etc.) EVENING ROUTINE; Shower/bath time, dinner, oral hygiene, an evening game (if time permits) and attend their unique bedtime routine. History summary: •I started child caring in 2002 when I was 14: for my, then, piano teacher’s son. I cared for him 3 days a week, (after school) from the age of 2-8, while his mother worked from home: I had to master the skill of noise level control, while I was young myself. •Once I was 16 I began to babysit for other families during the evenings, nights and on weekends. •When I started my tertiary studies I babysat casually between my part-time job and my studies 2006-2009 •Between 2010-2015 I would babysit and assist as a mother's helper when asked, whilst working 4 part-time jobs. •In 2016 I went to Paris as an Au Pair. And fell in love with France. •In 2017 back in Oz; I undertook causal & part-time child-care positions. For families with babies, toddlers and preschoolers. •Eventual I found an amazing family of 5 (3 girls aged: 7, 10 & 12) to work for, as a full-time Nanny, I was with them from July 2017-July 2020. When it no longer made sense for me to be there whilst they worked from home, and the 3 girls couldn’t do their extra curricula’s because of lockdowns, or go to school. NOTE: Ages I give are of how old the children were, when I finished. •The next Family, was a family of 4; a boy- 9 years old & a girl - 7 years old, providing before and after school care 5 days a week from Feb 2021-Aug 2021. •From Sept 2021-Dec 2024; I have been working F/T with a great Family of 4: 2 boys; 5 & 9 years old. Essentials: - Valid Victorian Drivers Licence - WWCC: exp. 26/10/2028 - Police Check: exp. 20.09.25 - Level 2: First Aid (inclusive: Asthma, CPR exp. June 2025, & Epi-pen) exp. June 2027 - CV: with copies of my credentials - References If you have read this far, I look forward to receiving a message from you. ☺️

I previously worked in accounts jobs in offices. However, when COVID 19 emerged I was having trouble getting work so I decided to study Childcare as I realize there is a need for childcare workers. I have worked at OAC Armadale as a permanent educator. However, now I am working in an office fulltime and looking at other options such as Casual work. I have 2 daughters aged 20 and 23. Whilst I was at OAC I tried to introduce children to fun learning experiences and always made sure they felt safe and secure inside and outside the room. I enjoyed making them feel safe and secure and introducing them to interesting learning activities.

Hi there! 😊 My name is Yara, and I’m a 22-year-old exchange student from Germany currently studying at Monash University. I grew up with two younger sisters, so caring for little ones has always been a big part of my life. Back in Germany, I babysat a wonderful 5-year-old boy, and at 19, I spent six months volunteering at an orphanage in Namibia, where I cared for and taught young children. These experiences have given me patience, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to looking after kids. I’m happy to help with playtime, bedtime routines, homework, and light meal preparation. I know how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are in good hands, and I’d love to provide a safe and caring environment for your little ones. If you’re looking for a reliable and friendly babysitter, feel free to reach out! I’d be happy to chat and see if I’d be a good fit for your family. Looking forward to hearing from you!
