Hi Families,

I’m Jasmine – a Nurse with a Bachelor of Nursing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Family Health Nursing (MCHN). I’m also a Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator and lucky mum to two beautiful boys (two under two)!

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked as a Private Nanny, Paediatric Nurse, and Childcare Educator, supporting families through the newborn stage and beyond. I’ve had the privilege of working in nursery rooms, supporting new parents in their homes (both live-in and live-out), and caring for children at the Royal Children’s Hospital.

Now, I’m combining my professional expertise and personal experience to offer infant sleep consulting – with a focus on responsive, evidence-based, and nurturing strategies that support both babies and parents. Whether you’re navigating frequent night wakes, short naps, or just looking to establish gentle routines that work for your unique family, I’m here to help.

My approach is holistic, non-judgmental and tailored to your baby’s temperament and your family’s individual needs.
