Mix of sole and shared care. 16 mo girl and mum was still pregnant with the twins so have been there from day 1 for all the newborn loveliness and challenges with the twins. Once twins were 4mo I helped Mum do gentle sleep conditioning with them. I introduced solids via Baby Led Weaning to the twins. I Also helped gentle sleep train toddler for day nap.
