I am trained in Newborn care to work with parents in those first early weeks to support parents and to take over when needed. I love helping new parents adjust to a new life in the house and help them to get to know their newborns. I help new parents to feel relaxed and empowered to take on their new parental roles with complete confidence or to just be an extra set of hands for the seasoned parents. I am there to look after Mum too and make sure she is well rested, well fed and well hydrated (especially if breastfeeding). I help establish good feeding and sleep routines to then move into gentle sleep conditioning at an age appropriate time if parents want to. If parents prefer then I am more than happy to carry out attachment parenting and contact naps. I work with parents for what works best for their family.
