Looking for: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Babysitting
My name is Paige, and I would describe myself as an outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic, and caring person who genuinely enjoys working with children. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience caring for children of all ages through both professional childcare roles and long-term nannying positions.
My background includes working as a Learn to Swim instructor, teaching children aged 3–8 years, as well as spending a year working in a boarding school in England, where I primarily worked in a nursery caring for children aged 2–5 years. During my time there, I also worked with children and young people aged up to 19 years within the boarding school environment.
I have now been nannying for over 15 years and have cared for babies, children, and teenagers from newborn through to 18 years of age. In addition to my long-term nannying experience, I have spent the past several years working with multiple families across Sydney’s North Shore, providing both regular nannying and babysitting support. These roles have allowed me to build strong relationships with families and develop a deep understanding of the varying needs of children at different stages of development.
I thoroughly enjoy working with others and pride myself on my ability to build positive, trusting relationships with both children and parents. My easy-going nature, reliability, and strong work ethic enable me to create a happy, safe, and engaging environment for children. I approach every role with enthusiasm, patience, and a genuine commitment to providing the best possible care.
A little about my interests: I was a competitive swimmer for six years, competing at both National and Open National levels. I love travelling and have explored much of Europe, as well as parts of Asia and North America. I enjoy skiing, cycling, cross-country running, surfing, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. I am also a passionate sports fan and enjoy both playing and following a wide range of sports. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing, and participating in community-based activities.
I am a warm, cheerful, and dependable person who loves helping children learn, grow, and have fun, and I would be delighted to provide a caring and supportive environment for your family.
