Hi there! I am looking for a long-term nanny to care for my daughter who is 15 months old. I am looking for someone who is experienced and is more of a 'career' nanny (ie not doing this short-term or casual).

We currently have a lovely nanny who works Monday and Wednesday. We are looking for a 2nd nanny to join our family for Thursdays (full day) and ad hoc for some evenings (around 5-9pm) and weekends (few hours), if possible. We would organise an uber if you do not drive for night time.

Our current nanny is away for 4 weeks and we will need someone for Monday, Wednesday, Thursday (any days would be amazing) from March 23rd to April 16th.

Job description:

Hi, our daughter is 2.5 years old and we now require an energetic and extroverted nanny starting in February for Monday/Thurs/Fri hours during the week and 10-4pm on Sat and Sunday. Hi! We are a friendly family with 3 daughters (11,9 and 6). We are looking for someone who loves being around children, who is caring and highly responsible. A lot of craft, card games and sporting activities happen in our household! We need a nanny who can drive the kids to and from Alphington to school in Hawthorn. We expect our nanny to help out with tasks related to the kids including tidying, clothes washing and food preparation.

The position will be on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (7.00am - 9.00am and 2pm - 6pm) with likely extra work on Fridays (but not necessary to be available). The extended hours pre/post pick up are to allow for food preparation/laundry without the chaos of having the kids around, but we can flexible with these hours. Includes school pick up (mostly for the 9YO as the 14YO can often walk home), taking them to activities, organise dinner, put away kids washing, tidy toy room, make lunches for the kids the next day. At this stage, monday is swimming lessons and Tuesday is tennis lesson and footy training.
If you can walk the dog before school pick up that’s also welcomed but would mean a start time of 230 instead of 330. Finish time will usually be around 7.

I'm looking for someone to arrive early - 6am - on his daycare days (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) and help me get him ready for daycare and then walk him up to daycare. Depending on experience with babies, I'd also like it if you can hold the baby for me while I do jobs in the house or I could take my son to daycare instead some days while you hold the baby at home. Once my son is dropped at daycare, I'm hoping you can come back to our house and do an hour or two of housework including clothes washing or dish washing. The morning job would be about 6am - 10am.
In the evening, we're hoping someone can pick my son up from daycare, walk back to our house, and help me get dinner organised before bathing my son and prepping him for bed. The evening would be about 5pm - 7:30pm.
