We’re looking for a caring and reliable babysitter who feels like the right fit for our family. We have three beautiful children, an eight year old, a six year old, and our newest addition, a three month old baby. Most of the time, we’ll need help for casual babysitting on Friday or weekend evenings. Sometimes it’ll be all three kids, and other times just one or two, depending on the night. We’d love to find someone experienced with children, who genuinely enjoys spending time with them, brings warmth and fun to our home, and has a kind, gentle nature.
I’m looking for someone to join my team as a support worker for a beautiful 11 year old boy with Norries Disease who is blind and has autism and an intellectual disability. He is supported after school 3pm-8pm and on weekends and school holidays. Looking for someone who has availability on at least one of the listed weekdays and one of either fortnightly Saturday mornings 9am-1pm or fortnightly Sundays 10am-3pm or 3pm-8pm. The hours have potential to increase if desired by early next year as one of his current team members will be finishing her degree and moving on. All training and ongoing support is provided by me so no need for prior experience in support work but this is highly regarded. You would need to be mature, nurturing, and to have a passion for working with children and learning new skills as well as the ability to stay calm when child is dysregulated and adapt to ongoing training and feedback. Someone who is either working in or aspiring to work in behaviour support, occupational therapy, speech therapy or physio therapy would be perfect for this role as we work closely with these therapies and integrate goals into what we do with the children on a daily basis. Please note a drivers licence and access to a car is essential for the role. We are looking for someone who can make a long term commitment of at last 1 year and the role requires regular weekly work with the child to be able to work with him on the school holidays so I am not able to accept applicants who are looking for temporary or solely school holiday work. Thank you!
I am looking for someone experienced to help with my children each and every Saturday night for 3 hours at a time (approximately 5-8pm) to assist with my 4-year-old and 1-year-old.
The job would entail primarily helping with child-related tasks such as engaging in play, bathing the kids, dinner clean up, general tidying of the lounge/kitchen area.
I would be there too, working collaboratively to ensure a smooth evening!
Hello! Looking for some extra help looking after our two boys Cooper (4.5 years) and Oliver (nearly 2 years). We can be flexible about timings / days but ideally would look for some assistance in the morning prior to kinder / daycare (6:30am - 9:30am). Can be flexible with exact mornings. Duties would include being ready to help boys wake up, prepare breakfast, finish lunchboxes, light cleaning duties and light housework once boys leave for their day. Start date can be flexible. We will be away over christmas break but would be excellent to find someone before end of year.
Hi, I'm a solo mother of twin boys and looking for help with taking (or picking up) my children from Camberwell Primary School each day starting 2026. This will be a couple of hours a day, at least 4 days each week during the school term, starting 2026. However, it's important that you forge a strong relationship with my kids, so I would be interested in you starting sooner on a less frequent basis, if that's of interest.
The boys speak French and English. Ideally, if you speak French that would be a huge bonus. They will be attending a French language school next year. They do speak English.
Looking for someone who doesn't get overly stressed (or is comfortable being stressed), and doesn't mind the drive from Camberwell to Beaumaris. You must have your own vehicle and be happy having booster seats in the car when you drive them. Most likely looking for your help in the mornings, but if there are some mornings you can't do then I could do the morning that day and you could do the afternoon pick up instead. I do have some level of flexibility I can work with.
Needing someone reliable - this is key. If you can't commit for the full 2026 academic year then please don't apply - my kids will become attached to you (and I will need your support).
Thank you if you have taken the time to read this far! Hope to hear from you. Rate negotiable depending upon experience.
We’re looking for a caring, reliable babysitter to help one parent take care of our 16-month-old twin boys twice a week, potentially increasing to 3-4 days from end of October.
Responsibilities:
• Feeding, bathing, and nap routines
• Engaging play and supervision
Requirements:
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Working With Children Check
• Experience with infants/toddlers
Looking for more than one person to join our team of support workers for our 14 year old boy who has special needs. He is a delight to be around, super happy and funny. The role involves engaging him in play, keeping him on track, helping him become further independent, assisting in social outings and general help with daily living skills. Travel training twice a week with him is ideal. Hours can vary, even if you only have two hours availability a week but they can be consistent, still apply. Don’t hesitate to contact me for further information. Your positive energy, enthusiasm, patience and calm nature are what counts. Training can be provided. Hours flexible. Some very light cleaning associated with teaching my child to do chores. (Preferably you will be located close to Highett)
Hi. We are a family of 5 living in Sandringham. We need regular help after school time on Mondays and Thursdays. 3.30pm - 5.30/6.00pm. This would include collection of 2 of our children from school and occasionally also 1 from daycare. Bringing them home and preparing dinner for them. It is important that you have your own car and ideally have allergy/anaphylaxis training. If this could be of interest to you then we would love to discuss in more details to give more of a flavour of who we are as a family. Thanks.
Hello, my husband and I are looking for someone to take care of our daughter from mid Jan when I return back to work. She will be 23 months old at that point. I have a flexible working arrangement and I will need help with my baby Mon-Fri for 2-3 hours per day from around 9:30-12:30. I will be mostly working from home and the idea is to use that time for meetings and focus. I have a designated work space outside of living room where my daughter usually spends most of her time when she is at home. I would need someone to play with her or organise some activities while I am working. If this is something that you would be interested in shoot me a message and let me know if you need more details. If you are available only couple of days per week during this time, please reach out as well!
We have two daughters- Amy aged 4.5 and Emma aged 11 months.
I'm a stay at home mum and require some assistance.
Currently we are looking for somebody who can play with Amy for about 5 hours once per week, either at the park or our home.
Taking her to extracurricular lessons may be required at some stage.
We also need some help with light cleaning and possibly food prep for the girls.
At some stage, care would include Emma as well for an hour or two.
Drivers licence ideal but not essential--we're primarily looking for someone that the girls get along with well. Schedule is flexible so please reach out if you're at uni or similar.

Preferably someone in the early education industry that understands in depth of how the children respond and how they develop at certain ages and what their needs are at these stages.
Apart from the daily learning, your day will look like this but not limited to:
Serving the Kids meals and snacks - sometimes prepping for the meals.
Following both sleep schedules and current routine.
Maintaining clean play areas for the children

We’re looking for a warm, committed nanny to become a trusted part of our family and ideally stay with us until our youngest starts kinder in a few years. This role is perfect for someone seeking a long-term position rather than something short-term. Reliability and initiative are essential, as is solid experience caring for young children, especially toddlers and one-year-olds. Our ideal caregiver is joyful, patient, and genuinely loves spending time with kids, bringing creativity and a sense of fun to each day. A strong appreciation for early childhood development and the ability to engage our children in meaningful play and learning are very important to us.
We are looking for someone to start babysitting with us on a regular basis, 3 days a week during school terms, starting asap.
We are a family of 5.
3 boys in primary school aged 7,9,11 (and a beautiful but somewhat hyperactive Dalmatian)
The days we are looking for help are as follows:
Wednesday 3.30-8pm
Thursday 3.30-8pm
Saturday 8am-3pm (finishing time varies)
A mixture of school pick up’s and driving the boys to their after school activities, unpacking their school bags, tidying up, and help them to focus on homework when required.
We have a nanny position available at our house. We have three beautiful kids who are 4, 9 and 12. We have had a wonderful, much-loved nanny with us for the last 3.5 years but she is (very sadly) moving on.
We are a very lovely family, focused on supporting our kids to grow into great human beings. However life is a bit chaotic (we also have 2 overly-friendly dogs and three chickens). We are an extremely busy household with two parents who work long hours in stressful jobs. So the nanny role is extremely important to us - it’s a huge factor in whether our family is happy and functional.
We are looking for someone to work mornings and evenings M/T/W (7.30 - 9.30, then 3 - 6pm) and then a full day (7.30 - 6pm) on Thursday. The role is mainly caring for children, with some cooking, cleaning, laundry, house support, etc. You would be properly employed, with super, annual leave, etc.
Please let us know if you’d like to learn more. :)
