It's all about having fun and making time away from the parents fun and magical. Being organised and having some sense of structure will help. A friendly nature and clear instructions will help toddlers process the information. During the day, kids will require food. Usually grandma or I will have something there. They also love to prepare food themselves so I can have the ingredients available if you're going to make it an activity.

No nappy changing or toilet duties involved. No baths/showers.

No photography or videography during shifts. No social media use or use of a phone unless to call us. Child safe browsing on smart tv in any event that a tv is used.

We are big on teaching kids consent so please be mindful of personal space.
This is a pet free/smoke free household that is English speaking.
No shoes indoors.

Hi, We are looking for BabySitter to take care of my Son who is 4 Years old on Tuesdays, Thursday and Friday from 3 - 6PM on a regular Basis. He goes to Sessional Kinder on these days and is back home by 2.30 PM. Me and my husband both work Full time and work from home most of the days alternatively and hence we are finding it very hard to manage him. I'm looking for someone to look after my two boys every Monday, in our home, 8:30-5 or could be a bit flexible shifting the time around to suit. They are currently at daycare/kinder. There would be the option to add some hours from time to time on a Thursday/Friday. The Monday will be needed until end of year. In 2027 Hugos kinder days would change so the full day needed will probably change to a Wednesday (ok if this role only suits you this year).

Arlo is 19 months and Hugo recently turned 4. Coming into the warmer months will be lots of fun. Arlo sleeps 1-1.5 hours and is a very happy boy, easily settled. We would love our nanny to really become part of our family as we have very little support and miss a grandmother figure in his life. A nurturer, warm character, but equally someone who has high energy, loves to laugh and can keep up with this larger than life clown.

Min 30 hours per week, paid each week (even if worked less then 30), max 35, but days and exact hours may vary each week. A typical working week would be 2 full days 8-5:30 and one to two half days 8-1pm. We are both doctors so our schedules are a little variable week by week so would require someone flexible. Weekdays only and no evenings required.

Our two year old has some medical issues (now well controlled) and developmental delay. She has the developmental age of around a 10-12 month old and is not yet walking or speaking but we hope she’ll continue to progress to reach these milestones. - Is physically able to do some manual handling (~15kgs lifting in and out of high chair, cot, etc)

Hi everyone I’m re-posting my last job ad but with an update. We have had a usual sitter, who is doing a placement for four weeks from August 24, until the end of term 3. After she comes back for a few weeks she is going to wind up to start the career she has been training for. We wish her the very best.

This means that we have two opportunities coming up: a 4-week one and a more long term opportunity is coming up, from roughly term 4, Monday 5 October 2026.

I have three kids in primary school this year: twins in grade one and a son in grade four. We live in Frankston South. During both of these stints we are looking for someone to pick them up from school two nights a week, to take them home to cook dinner, before my husband or I get home. Usual hours required are 3-7pm, Monday and Thursday. However if you’re the right fit but those two days of the week don’t work, I might be able to alter the days I go into the office. So please don’t be put off by this.

I'm hoping that there's an experienced nanny available who can help with this. Ideally someone who likes to mix up the usual after school business as usual (like doing readers, chilling and dinner prep) with occasional walks, kicking the soccer ball, baking or arts and crafts.
