We are supporting a warm, respectful family in St Kilda, VIC who are seeking high-quality In Home Care for their child. This role is coordinated through VPM In Home Care, an approved provider working within the Department of Education's In Home Care (IHC) program.

Shifts: 9:30am - 8:30pm
Child: 23 month old
This is an agency-based role, not private employment. Educators are employed by VPM and supported through structured onboarding, compliance processes, and ongoing professional guidance.

Pay and employment conditions
Level 3 $36.90 per hour (Certificate III qualified educator)
Level 4 $39.38 per hour (Certificate III qualified educator with 4 years professional experience)
Level 5 $41.55 per hour (Diploma or higher qualified educator)
Higher rates apply after 6:30pm and on weekends
12% superannuation paid on top
WorkCover and public liability insurance included
PAYG employment through VPM (not contractor work)
This position is for a qualified early childhood educator, not a nanny role. Educators work within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and provide intentional, developmentally appropriate education and care in line with ACECQA and Department of Education requirements.
The focus is on building a secure relationship with the child, supporting routines, and offering meaningful learning experiences through play.
