Regular BabySitter for 3 days a week After School

Hi, We are looking for BabySitter to take care of my Son who is 4 Years old on Tuesdays, Thursday and Friday from 3 - 6PM on a regular Basis. He goes to Sessional Kinder on these days and is back home by 2.30 PM. Me and my husband both work Full time and work from home most of the days alternatively and hence we are finding it very hard to manage him. He ends up watching TV during this time which we do not want. We would like someone who is very engaging, Talkative and play with him, do some activities and sports in the backyard for example.
