I’m looking for someone to join my team as a support worker for a beautiful 11 year old boy with Norries Disease who is blind and has autism and an intellectual disability. He is supported after school 3pm-8pm and on weekends and school holidays. Looking for someone who has availability on at least one of the listed weekdays and one of either fortnightly Saturday mornings 9am-1pm or fortnightly Sundays 10am-3pm or 3pm-8pm. The hours have potential to increase if desired by early next year as one of his current team members will be finishing her degree and moving on. All training and ongoing support is provided by me so no need for prior experience in support work but this is highly regarded. You would need to be mature, nurturing, and to have a passion for working with children and learning new skills as well as the ability to stay calm when child is dysregulated and adapt to ongoing training and feedback. Someone who is either working in or aspiring to work in behaviour support, occupational therapy, speech therapy or physio therapy would be perfect for this role as we work closely with these therapies and integrate goals into what we do with the children on a daily basis. Please note a drivers licence and access to a car is essential for the role. We are looking for someone who can make a long term commitment of at last 1 year and the role requires regular weekly work with the child to be able to work with him on the school holidays so I am not able to accept applicants who are looking for temporary or solely school holiday work. I am looking for someone experienced to help with my children each and every Saturday night for 3 hours at a time (approximately 5-8pm) to assist with my 4-year-old and 12-month-old.
The job would entail primarily helping with child-related tasks such as engaging in play, bathing the kids, dinner clean up, general tidying of the lounge/kitchen area.

Hi! I'm looking for a casual babysitter for my 4 yo son, Mon-Fri 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm with daycare pick up (will need to have your own car). There will be 1-2 days where I need an additional hour for driving to and from extracurricular activities. Thank you!
Hi, I'm a solo mother of twin boys and looking for help with taking (or picking up) my children from Camberwell Primary School each day starting 2026. This will be a couple of hours a day, at least 4 days each week during the school term, starting 2026. However, it's important that you forge a strong relationship with my kids, so I would be interested in you starting sooner on a less frequent basis, if that's of interest.
The boys speak French and English. Ideally, if you speak French that would be a huge bonus. They will be attending a French language school next year. They do speak English.
Looking for someone who doesn't get overly stressed (or is comfortable being stressed), and doesn't mind the drive from Camberwell to Beaumaris. You must have your own vehicle and be happy having booster seats in the car when you drive them. Most likely looking for your help in the mornings, but if there are some mornings you can't do then I could do the morning that day and you could do the afternoon pick up instead. I do have some level of flexibility I can work with.
Needing someone reliable - this is key. If you can't commit for the full 2026 academic year then please don't apply - my kids will become attached to you (and I will need your support).
Thank you if you have taken the time to read this far! Hope to hear from you. Rate negotiable depending upon experience.
We are full time working parents looking for someone to help out with after school activities for our 9 year old son and 6 year old daugther.
Specifically we need someone who can pick them up from school at 3:30pm on Wednesday and Friday each week, take them to swimming lessons at GESAC and then bring them home and keep them entertained until we finish work, usually around 6-6:30pm.
We may also require occassional babysitting on other days of the week or weekends.
We have a nanny position available at our house. We have three beautiful kids who are 4, 9 and 12. We have had a wonderful, much-loved nanny with us for the last 3.5 years but she is (very sadly) moving on.
We are a very lovely family, focused on supporting our kids to grow into great human beings. However life is a bit chaotic (we also have 2 overly-friendly dogs and three chickens). We are an extremely busy household with two parents who work long hours in stressful jobs. So the nanny role is extremely important to us - it’s a huge factor in whether our family is happy and functional.
We are looking for someone to work mornings and evenings M/T/W (7.30 - 9.30, then 3 - 6pm) and then a full day (7.30 - 6pm) on Thursday. The role is mainly caring for children, with some cooking, cleaning, laundry, house support, etc. You would be properly employed, with super, annual leave, etc.
Please let us know if you’d like to learn more. :)
Looking for more than one person to join our team of support workers for our 14 year old boy who has special needs. He is a delight to be around, super happy and funny. The role involves engaging him in play, keeping him on track, helping him become further independent, assisting in social outings and general help with daily living skills. Travel training twice a week with him is ideal. Hours can vary, even if you only have two hours availability a week but they can be consistent, still apply. Don’t hesitate to contact me for further information. Your positive energy, enthusiasm, patience and calm nature are what counts. Training can be provided. Hours flexible. Some very light cleaning associated with teaching my child to do chores. (Preferably you will be located close to Highett)
I have a beautiful 1 year old baby girl. Looking for 3hrs assistance (5-8pm), 2 evenings a week and occational babysitting on the weekend.

Evening assistance may include
- walking my dog for 20 mins in the evening
- starting to cook dinner

- light cleaning such as loading/unloading dishwasher, putting on washing
- bathtime assistance
Prefer someone local to the Bayside area and can start soon.
Hi. We are a family of 5 living in Sandringham. We need regular help after school time on Mondays and Thursdays. 3.30pm - 5.30/6.00pm. This would include collection of 2 of our children from school and occasionally also 1 from daycare. Bringing them home and preparing dinner for them. It is important that you have your own car and ideally have allergy/anaphylaxis training. If this could be of interest to you then we would love to discuss in more details to give more of a flavour of who we are as a family. Thanks.
Hello, my husband and I are looking for someone to take care of our daughter from mid Jan when I return back to work. She will be 23 months old at that point. I have a flexible working arrangement and I will need help with my baby Mon-Fri for 2-3 hours per day from around 9:30-12:30. I will be mostly working from home and the idea is to use that time for meetings and focus. I have a designated work space outside of living room where my daughter usually spends most of her time when she is at home. I would need someone to play with her or organise some activities while I am working. If this is something that you would be interested in shoot me a message and let me know if you need more details. If you are available only couple of days per week during this time, please reach out as well!

Ideal quality:
-Be able to care with cuddling, and holding ( this MUST be requires good energy and a loving heart)
-Small activities to do with him like tummy time.
-Reliable and patient.
Details:
- Ongoing, regular work

- Option to increase hourly rate by combining with additional housekeeping duties
If you're interested, we’d love to hear from you!
Our wonderful nanny is moving back to the country, so we’re looking for someone to help support our young family. My husband and I both have full-time jobs, and we’ve got a gorgeous little tribe — three kids under 6 (2, 5 and 6).
We’re after someone who’s available on Thursday, ideally to help with a few things:
🧼 1 hours of light tidying/cleaning in the main living areas
🍽️ Prepping or cooking a simple family dinner
🚗 School/kinder pick-ups (must be able to drive)
Let’s just say… with three little ones, the house can turn into a tornado zone real fast 🤪
If this sounds like something you’d be up for — or you know someone who might be — please feel free to message me for more details 🙏🏻
