Job Details: Part-time
Looking for a nanny to pick up a loveable 5 year old boy from Drummoyne Pre-school Mon-Wed and a 7 year old girl from St Marks on Monday's only. Pre- schooler will need assistance with speech therapy homework. Ideally also available for casual babysitting.
We are looking for a caring, fun and organised person to help our busy family and take care of our 2 fun loving and energetic primary school aged children (Yr 6 and Yr 2).
You will be thoughtful and trustworthy, enjoy caring for and engaging with children, and will be able to drive and cook.
Ideally you will be available to help with morning routine, including packing lunchboxes, breakfast and taking kids to school (7:30 to 8:45). After school you will pick up kids from school, take them to local sports practice and lessons, supervising homework as well as some meal preparation and general tidying (3:00 to 6:15).
If this sounds like you we would love to meet you. We are flexible to make this position work for the right candidate.
You must be able to show proof of double COVID vaccination.
We are a busy family of four (and one dog!) who need someone to help us! The kids are late primary aged and very self sufficient but need the company of someone who is happy, friendly and caring. We need someone who is happy to do light housework including folding washing and basic meal prep, and take the dog out for a walk too. If you’re happy to do drop offs and pick ups from school or to after school commitments, that’s a huge bonus (car provided). Hours and days flexible too.
We are looking for a nanny to help. I will be home most of the time but am looking for help with our toddler for additional support. Our ideal times for help would be afternoon/early evening thursdays and during the day on Friday’s but can be flexible.
We would love someone kind, energetic, with experience with small children. Some light help around the house and with feeding the toddler would also help.
We are currently based in hunters hill but will be moving in 6 weeks to somewhere nearby such as cremorne, crows nest so want to flag that in advance.
We will also likely require further hours and support in February when my husband commences his new job so there is option for further hours.
We would love someone to help us care for our two children Henry (6yo) and Georgia (4yo) on a Thursday and Friday for about 4-5 hours a day in the afternoons. Duties would involve pick-up from school and preschool, caring for both children and light housework (kids laundry and ironing of uniforms, kids meals). We have had a wonderful nanny for the past 3 years who we treated as part of the family but who sadly has to move on due to personal reasons and are looking for someone else to join our family. Our kids are loving, active and mostly well behaved :). Must be fully vaccinated.
We are a double professional family in Balmain looking for a nanny to care for our three children aged 10 (boy), 7 (girl) and 5 (boy) on a part time basis Monday - Wednesday from 31 January 2022, when our youngest child starts kindy.
We have had full time nannies for many years, and our current nanny (who has been with us for two years) will be staying on to work the other two days each week. We deeply value the role that our nannies have played in our children's lives and are looking for someone to join us and our current nanny in creating a parenting team to help our lives run smoothly.
We expect that the role will involve a 2.00/2.30pm start at our home to prepare for whatever is on that afternoon, then collecting our children from school and being organised for that day's activities. Depending on the day, this could include swimming lessons, sport training, dance or music lessons, spending time out for an afternoon activity, supervising homework and showers and arranging the children's dinner. We would typically expect the day to end at either 6.30pm or 7pm. Although not essential, if you are able to work full days during the school holidays, this would be a bonus.
We are a warm and caring family with a house that is full of life. Our current nanny will be working full time for her two days, and will take care of the bulk of the organising, household chores and planning for each week. We really value a sense of humour, common sense and attention to detail and are hoping to find someone who will become part of our household for the foreseeable future. If this is the kind of role you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you...
Our ideal nanny would be/have:
- fun, out-going, sociable
- organised, responsible, reliable/dependable, level headed
- interested in children's activities - ie, sport, dance, music
- interested in food, nutrition, cooking
- comfortable organising and assisting with homework
- experienced in looking after multiple children
- attention to detail and high level of common sense
- a drivers license and comfortable driving an SUV
- light child related household duties including children's meals and a general household tidy up at the end of each day
Please apply by Friday, 10 December, as we are looking to fill the role prior to Christmas.

We are a fun and loving family of 6 looking for a nanny to care for our 2 year old twin girls. Our twins are a delight and in a great routine. They enjoy walks to local parks and/or are happy to play in our spacious home and backyard. We are wanting an experienced and reliable nanny with childcare qualifications (at a minimum) who ideally lives locally. We are needing care on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8.30am-2pm starting early 2022. There is also possibility for a 3rd day as the year progresses. Covid full vaccination status is essential.
Our 18 month and 3 year old boys need a nanny on Thursdays (they attend daycare other days).
We will require anyone looking at the position to be fully Covid vaccinated.
During lockdown, both parents will also be working from home on Thursdays - so it'll be a squishy situation! But we will make it work.
During lockdown the hours will be 9-4pm. When we can return to the office the hours will be more like 8-6pm.
There will also be ad-hoc evening and weekend work available too.

We are Samantha and Michela, sisters-in-law looking for care for our sons as we return to work in 2022. Our boys are Oscar (Samantha's son) born Feb 2021, and Leo (Michela's son) born October 2020. The boy's grandmother was previously looking after Leo, however with Oscar joining the crew, we're seeking a skilled professional to care for them both together. As their grandmother's house is spacious with a large yard, and is in a central location, we will continue care based out of her home. We are searching for an experienced part-time nanny for two 1-year-old boys, Monday - Wednesday, 9am-5pm (hours are flexible for the right candidate). We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for children, who will help our sons develop and grow. General housework is not required in this role, we would prefer you to focus solely on caring for the boys. The ideal candidate will proactively design activities for the boys based on their development, prepare meals for them to eat during the day, and work together with us as a team.
