We’re a family in Paddington looking for a warm, engaging and reliable nanny to care for our daughter three days a week when I go back to work in January 2027, when our daughter is 15 months old. We'd love for you to start in December to get to know our family. The three days aren’t set yet, so there is some flexibility for the right person.
Margot is a happy, curious and very social little girl, and we’d love to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and will become an important and trusted part of her week. We’re looking for someone active, creative and engaged, who is happy to get out for walks, playgrounds, library visits and local activities, as well as coming up with fun and age-appropriate things to do at home.
The role would primarily involve caring for Margot, including preparing her meals/snacks during the day, putting her down for her nap, taking her to activities/outings and generally keeping her happy while we’re at work. We’d also appreciate help keeping her things and play areas tidy during the day, but we’re not looking for a housekeeper.
We also have Fudge, our very friendly 3-year-old Labradoodle, so you’ll need to be comfortable having a dog around (being a dog person is definitely a bonus!).
We’re hoping to find someone who is warm, affectionate and genuinely enjoys engaging with young children, active and happy to get out and about with Margot, creative and confident planning age-appropriate play and activities, experienced in caring for toddlers, and comfortable with dogs.
