We’re a local family based in Menai seeking a reliable uni student to provide after-school pick-ups and early evening support for my 10-year-old daughter and you get to hang out with our lovable Labrador Barry!
The role is 3 fixed afternoons per week, looking for Mon, Wed & Thurs but flexible.(approx. 3:15–6:30pm) plus occasional evening or weekend cover by prior agreement. Duties include school pick-ups, supervision at home, and light routine support (snack, homework presence).
Pay is $30/hr after school and $35/hr for evenings/weekends. Use of your own car is required (school is a short local drive).
WWCC required. Long-term commitment preferred.

We are looking for someone who is keen on looking after a gorgeous almost 1 year old who is wonderful and cheery. We have early starts for work so someone who can look after her in the morning for a few hours before dropping her off at day care would be great. The role would be getting her up and fed. We also have a 3 year old going on four. She is tries to do most but some help dressing her to the weather conditions on the day. We do have an indoor cat who is very friendly. Looking for regular babysitting for our six-year-old daughter every Saturday 12pm-3pm, from 7 February through to 11 April (TBC). Must be available every Saturday. We would love to build a relationship and also use you for an occasional date night. Duties include playing, supervising craft or painting, preparing lunch, and maybe a walk to the playground (will need to apply sunscreen!). Minimum $30 an hour but negotiable depending on experience. Duties include school pickup at 3:00pm, bringing child home, providing afternoon tea, and transporting by car to soccer training one suburb away. Babysitter to wait during training and then bring child home. Occasional Thursdays may also be required (to be confirmed). Hourly rate negotiable. Must have green P’s at a minimum.

Need care for a 4 year old toddler taken care in the mornings from 700 till 9am with daycare drop off.
Evening needs pic up from daycare at around 4:45pm and brought home, will need dinner and shower taken care of till 7pm.
Weekends sat or sunday will need 4-5hrs to play with at home.
If parent is spending time with toddler will request to either take care of 5 month old or if baby is asleep to do some basic chores - load/ unload dishwasher/ fold clothes/ iron clothes or vacuum/ tidy up kids toys.
We have a little 5kg dog, she is an indoor dog so you will have to be comfortable with dogs.

Our children are G8, B6 & B4. The older children are at school locally and our youngest attends preschool part-time. We also have an elderly dog.

Care responsibilities would be full days on Thursday and Fridays for our youngest with school drop off and pick ups for the older two.
Tuesday and Wednesday care requirements can be negotiable, preschool/school pickups (from 2pm) being the priority, however we would love some help in the morning (7-10ish) if you are available. Our work rosters are variable so we generally structure your working week around that. We guarantee a set number of hours per fortnight and provide you with a roster a month in advance. We can work around university rosters to a degree, and with notice can be somewhat flexible with timetable changes.

A car is not required, however it would be helpful if you can drive. A family car is available for use. This is not essential though as all the kids after school activities are local or accessible via a short bus ride.

We are an experienced nanny family and are sadly farewelling our current nanny as she returns home overseas. She is happy to provide a family reference.
