Looking for help- days and rates neg for the right

Hello, I am looking for someone to come and help our family 2 afternoons per week for now, from say 3pm-8pm and extra for events.

We have 3 kids, 4 years, 6 years and 10 years- with another on the way.

We are a relaxed family who runs a business so we really struggle to get everything done.

I'd love help with meal preparation, light cleaning, laundry and errands.

We have a friendly dog and some birds.

Our family love to spend time outdoors, and often in the pool.
