Hi! 👋 We are a family of 4, living in Marrickville, looking for a nanny in 2026!
We have a 4 yr old, Harper, and a nearly 1yr old, Quinn. We are looking for someone who will be an addition to our family, who is kind, compassionate, loves the kids, has great initiative and doesn’t mind keeping our home in order a little bit! We hope to welcome you in as an extension of our family.
What we are after:
When: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from February 2026
Time: 8am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
• Tuesday: Harper goes to preschool in Glebe on Tuesdays from 9-3. You will need to drop her off and pick her off (driving required, we have a car) and care for Quinn during the day.
• Thursday & Friday: care for both children.
• Dinner prep and some quiet time before bed. Baths can be done when we get home.
• Engaging with the girls through play, activities and outings.
• Preparing meals and snacks for both children
• Light household duties to keep the home moving along! Washing, folding, sorting, packing away laundry, tidying toys etc.
Requirements:
• Current ABN
• Fluent English speaker, Italian speaker is a bonus!
• Working with Children Check
• Police Check
• First Aid and CPR trained
• (Preferable) Early Childhood Education qualifications
• Perfect driving record
We are a warm and welcoming family and hope to find someone just like us who will fit in and be part of our family who the kids will adore! We would consider extra hours on another day for meal prepping / baking / organising the house / other chores, for the right candidate.
