**Job Type:** Full-Time, Live-In - flexible working conditions
**Schedule:** (changes to the below are possible and negotiable)
- Primarily: Monday to Friday, 8AM start till between - 3/5 PM Saturdays, 8 AM - 12/1 PM
- Note: Schedule may vary depending on the family’s work commitments, with flexible hours and days off as required.
**Responsibilities:**
- Providing attentive and nurturing care to twin one-year-old girls.
- Engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities and ensuring a safe environment.
- Managing daily routines including meals, naps, and playtime.
- Performing household duties related to the children, such as laundry, tidying up play areas, and meal preparation.
- During the children’s nap times, general cleaning and maintenance of household areas will be expected.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- $500 per week for a standard 40-hour work week.
- Overtime compensation at $25 per hour for any hours worked beyond 40 hours per week.
- Accommodation provided in a self-contained unit, with all expenses covered (internet, electricity, water).
- Provision of all food and access to a fully-equipped kitchen.
- Shared use of a family car for personal use after hours (petrol expenses shared based on usage). (Aged dependant for inurance purposes)
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in childcare, particularly with infants or toddlers, is highly desirable.
- A warm, patient, and engaging demeanor.
- Ability to commit to the family’s varying schedule and flexibility in hours worked.
- A valid driver’s license (if required for the location).
- References and background checks will be conducted.
