My wife and I are a busy professional couple, who are looking for some assistance with our 14 month old son a couple of days per week. Given our work schedules, we're after someone who can assist on a consistent basis, and then also provide coverage on an adhoc basis.
We are looking for assistance with looking after our newborn baby and general housework for 2 hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays late afternoon/early evening. Our baby is only 8 weeks old so we are still finding a bit of a routine. Therefore, the role will primarily involve housework (e.g dinner prep, washing, dishes, changing beds) to begin with but in time will become more hands on with baby and possibly include longer hours and babysitting here and there. If you have experience with newborns and this role sounds of interest to you, we would love to hear from you.

But I always pay 4-7pm as the hours. Sometimes I will have work events and stay out a bit later too.
If we did a Tuesday that would be taking her to dance class at bondi junction and dropping her at her dads. Hours for that would be, 4-6pm.
We provide a credit card for all expenses (treats from the shop!) and the car too if needed.

Job involves
- looking after boys (generally maximum of 2 at a time) at home while I'm out taking other brother/s to activities

Must like dogs - we have a very friendly chocolate lab. Suit student with flexibility and commitment. Strong English is a must.
About us & the role:
We’re a friendly family in Naremburn looking for an extra pair of hands with our happy, curious 2-year-old — who’s about to become a big brother! We’d love someone to join us for a few hours most days, with flexibility for morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
The role is all about keeping our toddler engaged, exploring, and having fun — plus helping me out as I juggle life with a newborn.
It’s not essential but we’d love someone who speaks Spanish (so our toddler can learn) or French (I speak French with them at home).
Perfect for a local resident or student who can be flexible.
What you’ll be doing:
• Taking our toddler on outings and to activities (driver’s licence & clean record essential)
• Fun at home — crafts, building blocks, outdoor play, or whatever sparks his joy
• Helping with little tasks around the house related to our toddler (tidying toys, cleaning up after play/meals, kids’ laundry)
• Being my right-hand helper when I need to focus on the baby
About you:
• Warm, bubbly, and happy to help — you genuinely enjoy being around children
• Present and engaged — ready to get down on the floor to play and explore
• Happy to be an extra set of hands for a busy mum
• Flexible and willing to learn — experience with toddlers is great, but a can-do attitude matters most
Why this job is great:
If you’re a local or a student looking for flexible hours, this is a lovely role where you’ll become part of our day-to-day family life. You’ll make a real difference, have fun, and be appreciated — not just “fill a shift.”
