Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I'm Gabby, an energetic, positive, caring and responsible person, looking for babysitting work to complement my part-time psychology degree that I’m excited to move to Melbourne from Sydney for! I have babysat and nannied for many amazing families over the last 12 years, and currently nanny for an almost 2 year old in Paddington, who I adore and casually for around 6 families in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney! I also look after a 1 and 4 year old 1 day a week. I have also just completed a course to become an ADHD coach, so for the next year will be nannying while I set up my business, alongside study - as you can tell I love to be busy and learn! I absolutely love caring for children as I love getting to know the kids I babysit, from the first day where they can often be quite shy, to the point of familiarity, which is really rewarding. I love seeing their unique personalities grow every time I see them, and love how carefree and creative children can be. I also really enjoy baby-sitting because it's always alot of fun, and I enjoy finding fun activities to do, whether it's going to the park, making music, making a cubby house or making artworks. I have taught music to 0-5 year olds at Reddam in St. Leonard’s and Lindfield, as well as teaching K-1 before school music classes in Bondi. I do a lot of casual babysitting work in Newtown for a beautiful 4 year old boy (who I have been lucky enough to watch grow from 8 months old!) and his 1 year old sister, as well as nannying for my beautiful 2 and 4 year old nephews. I also do casual evenings for a beautiful family with a 1 year old in Edgecliff, and two children who are 7 and 9 in Edgecliff. I am a creative & energetic person, and I absolutelylutely love to babysit. It brings me so much joy and I love taking care of and nurturing the gorgeous personalities who I get to meet! I would love to hear from you, if I sound like the right fit for your family, and a full CV and references is available :) I have a WWCC & a Police Check

Hi parents and guardians! I’m Meg a Master’s student studying Global Studies at RMIT and based in lovely Brunswick. I’m hoping to become a development practitioner one day, but right now I’m loving the chance to work with families and little ones! I'm a happy, kind, open-minded, nature-loving person, that's me! I have experience as a babysitter, especially from taking care of my little brother from the day he was born until he turned 11. I cooked meals, picked him up from school, played with him, and helped with his homework. Many times, I also looked after him and his friends as we used to play together at the playground or enjoy sports. I also have an experience taking care of a 1 year-old toddler during her parents are away. I love singing, playing the guitar or ukulele, and drawing beautiful nature scenes. To me, kids are wonderful little creators. I really enjoy playing with them, coming up with fun games, and watching how they express their ideas. With the experience I have, I can give parents peace of mind, knowing their children are safe, happy and free to be creative every time we are together!

I’m a creative and nurturing person with a rich background in both child care and the arts. My journey began as a 15-year-old teaching baby ballet, which sparked a love for supporting children’s growth and self-expression. Over the following years, I cared for two wonderful families during my school years, while also dancing with a ballet company. Since then, I’ve explored a variety of meaningful paths — working in yoga and bathing care industries, completing a degree in Communication Design, and currently serving as a community meditation teacher. I also run events that blend music and the arts to create calming and inspiring spaces for people of all ages. Recently, becoming an aunt has reignited my passion for child care. I find deep joy in supporting children’s natural curiosity and helping create a safe, joyful environment where they can learn, express themselves, and thrive. I bring a calm presence, creativity, and a strong sense of responsibility to everything I do. I also love dogs! I'm great with pets and happy to provide pet care as well :)

Looking for: Full-time,Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi my name is Olivia :) I have been travelling Europe for the past 7 months and got back on the 12th of February and I am now seeking some more employment involving working with children. I have over 4 years of nanny experience. Doing gigs ranging from short to long term help and casual covers Previously to my travels I looked after a gorgeous boy for a year who turned 2 while I was looking after him. I really enjoyed this and had a lovely bond but unfortunately his family moved to Perth. The hours were 8-6pm and I am looking for something similar. Prior to that I nannied casually for a 2 and a half year old boy who I took to the pools often due to my experience with swim teaching (this job was for a few months). Another family of two girls; a 6 month year old and 4 year old who needed my help for 3 months while their old helper was away. A german family who I’ve a good relationship with and nannied for them on two different occasions (a few months stint each time) who stay in Melbourne for a bit to visit family. (They were 6 months and 2 years old the first time and 2 and a half and 4 the following) Before some travels I did in 2022, I looked after a young girl around one years old for 6 months which was also long houred days of 8-5pm. Those two gigs were under an angency called The Reinforcement nannying agency. Which no longer runs. I have been a children's swimming teacher for Elite Swimming where I dealt with a wide range of ages typically (2-13 years old) in group and private situations. Prior to starting nannying 4 years ago i did casual baby sitting for 6+ years for local families where I first gained experience with kids varying ages. I am the second oldest out of four girls and therefore I am very family orientated and have grown up in a household surrounded by other kids which has taught me a lot of valuable skills such as communication and patience. I am currently taking a break from uni, however i was studying a bachelor of science at Monash. I am a very caring, energetic, friendly person who is a reliable, confident, and flexible worker. I believe I have a nurturing nature and genuinely love being around and caring for kids. I love planning activities, playing outside, reading etc. I love being able to watch a child I look after flourish and development into their own unique character. I also am more than happy to help out with cleaning up around the house, preparing meals, bathing etc. A bit about me: I love playing sports (netball and football), being in nature, cooking, listening to music, leading an active lifestyle as well as partaking in spontaneous activities with my friends and always trying and learning new things! I am more than happy to give anymore information required by potential employers and provide parent references. I recently refreshed my first aid, I have a car and have a WWCC. Rates wise: When looking after two children I have typically recieved an additional $5 per hour.
