There may also be scope for longer hours on the Friday or casual hours on other days if the needs of the family change and this is of interest. There may also be scope for taking the kids to the local park or assisting with kindy drop-off / pick-up over time.

I will likely be working from home in the study in the same house. This has worked when grandparents have cared for the kids so hopefully will work in this arrangement too.
