Nanny for two gorgeous kiddos to help a mum out

Hi guys I have two little girls. One is 17 months and the other is 3. My husband works very long hours and I often need help to duck out to appointments with one of them, for myself or to get some jobs done. We are looking for someone that can be available and reliable. Times will vary. I also would like someone that can at times help me in the evenings (often my husband has to go to site for work). So these shifts would be from say 3pm to 630pm.
