We have a gorgeous neurodivergent boy (autistic/ADHD/Intellectual Disability) who is 7 and developmentally around 1-2 years old. He is nonspeaking, very active, and has a lovely happy temperament. He loves any movement-based activities to keep him entertained and regulated. He is very quick and we need someone who will be hypervigilant around him to keep him safe. The right person will be someone who doesn’t mind being on their feet all the time - as my boy runs around constantly and requires long walks in the pram each day. We are looking for help on Saturdays (10-5) and also a couple of mornings per week to help get him to school (7.15-9am. Then from June to add 2 afternoons per week (3-6pm), most likely to be Tuesdays and Thursdays. The role involves picking him up from school, feeding, supervising and playing with him at home, nappy changes, bath time, and taking him out to the park. He has no sense of danger so does require constant following and supervision. Must have a reliable car.

My twin girls are really chill, funny and easygoing. They are bottle fed, and sleep trained so the days are quite routine. They would look something like:
Morning walk, playtime, feed
10am nap (90 mins)
Midday feed and play/ walk
2pm nap (90 mins)
Feed and play

During their naps I would expect you to help with light household duties such as folding laundry, washing bottles, loading the dishwasher and tidying up. I would usually have food options pre-prepared but would expect you can put together an easy meal.

They also have an older sister who is 2 years old, who attends daycare on these days. I am hoping to take her out of daycare for at least one of these days to be home with her sisters.

Requirements:
- Experience looking after multiple children/babies at once - including changing nappies, feeding bottles and meals.
- WWC, First Aid/CPR, Police Check
- Driving licence optional

$35-45ph negotiable pending on experience and ability to look after 3 children at once.
