We are looking for a long-term nanny to care for our son who is 20 months old. We are looking for someone who is experienced and is looking for a longer term job. We would also love someone who lives in or around South Melbourne/Albert Park area- not essential.

Job description:

- Available 3 days a week
We also have some flexibility on days as well.
The hours would be 7.30/8.30am - 4/5pm (hours depending on the day)

- At least 2 years experience as a nanny to +1 year old toddlers (at least 2 references available)

- Ideal qualities: compassionate, gentle, nurturing, patient, reliable, trust worthy, and someone who loves being around babies.

- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and Level 2 First Aid.

- Non-Smoker.

- Be willing to commit to a long-term role (8-12 months at least)

- Light house work, light meal prep and tidying

Here are the requirements for an In-home care Educator/ provider
* In Home Care educators are required to be skilled, qualified and dedicated child care professionals.
* The main role of an educator is to provide children with a variety of age appropriate, play-based activities that encourage each child’s development, learning and life skills.

To become an In Home Educator you must hold a relevant qualification in one of the following:
* Certificate III, a diploma or a degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualifications that have a major focus on Early Childhood Education.
Or
* Primary school teaching qualifications of educators registered with state-based Teacher Regulatory Authorities are also deemed as acceptable qualifications
Or
* Certificate III level qualification in a relevant course or be working towards a Certificate III qualification and provide documentary evidence

Additional requirements:
* Be at least 18 years old
* Be an Australian resident, permanent citizen or have the relevant visa to allow employment on a continuous basis for 12 months or more
* Hold a current Nationally coordinated Criminal History Check
* Hold a current working with children check (Blue Card) relevant to the state the family resides in
* Have a current First Aid Certificate HLTAID004 or equivalent
* Have a PRODA number – Register for a PRODA number

We’re an adventure loving, active and fun family looking for after school help with our 3 children.

Located in Albert Park, we have 8 year-old twins (boy and girl) and a 10 year-old boy. Our kids love being active, playing games and having fun!

We are looking for someone to help with the after-school juggle on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30pm-7:30pm, which would involve school pick-ups, activity drop off/pick up, helping with homework, dinner and bedtime routine.

I'm looking for a nanny/ies near SOUTH YARRA to take twin infants to childcare 4 days weekly (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday): You will need to change, feed, and take them to childcare 5 minutes away, which takes less than 1 hour, between 7-9am in the morning, and on also to collect them from childcare in the evening for 2 hours (6-8pm), and wash/change/feed them before bedtime. In addition, 6 hours during the day on Saturday or Sunday (e.g., 12-6pm).
You should have experience caring for infants; be friendly, warm, and nurturing; understand infants' needs; have good command of English; and perform light house duties and cooking basic food for the kids.
Given nannies conflicting schedules, the job is likely to be divided between 2 nannies, each doing 2 days (morning and evening) and one day on the weekend.

(The lady who has been helping me for many years is going overseas during this time.) my eldest is 16 years old (she is very independent), I have a 13 year old son who catches train (independent) and it’s the 2 younger girls (10 and 7) who need to be collected from school and supervised.
