We are entering a new stage of life where all three of our boys are at the same primary school a short drive from our house. We are looking for someone to drop them to school and come back to our house to help with general tidying, changing the boys sheets, folding clothes and cooking a family meal. Ideally Monday and Thursday from 8 - 11:30am. Our boys are aged 11, 9 and 5 and we have a lovely lab called Frankie.
Hi!
We are a family of three, both parents returning to work in January. Looking for a friendly, reliable nanny to take care of our lovely 1 year-old daughter for two days during the week (daytimes Monday and Wednesday). Days are a lot of fun and include activities we would love you to be involved in (e.g. Gymbaroo, swimming, library story times, playgrounds, looking for ducks etc.).
Some other details:
-- We are ideally looking for someone who can commit to a 12-month arrangement with us
-- Start date is flexible in January
-- Support with basic household tasks would also be great (e.g. washing/folding clothes, dishes, basic meal prep)
-- If you speak French or Spanish, that is a bonus (but not essential)!
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Hi! I’m a single dad with two daughters (5 & 8) who are with me 50% of the time. They’re both very creative and energetic, and I’m looking for a reliable, practical person to help keep the house running smoothly so I can be more present with them.
I’m after someone on a casual, ongoing basis to help with a weekly “house reset”. This would usually be 1–2 hours per week to start, with flexibility either side.
Tasks might include: • Tidying up and putting things back in their place • Washing dishes or unpacking the dishwasher • Folding or putting away clean laundry • Light room resets and general organisation • Occasional personal assistant–type errands, like picking up birthday presents or small items
There may also be occasional ad-hoc babysitting, if you’re open to it, but the core of the role is household help rather than childcare.
The role will likely start regularly from late January, as my current helper is moving interstate, though there may be a few opportunities before then.
I’m looking for someone who’s organised, trustworthy, and happy to work independently once shown the ropes. If you enjoy creating calm, tidy spaces and helping a family function a little more smoothly, I’d love to hear from you and see if it’s a good fit 🙂
I am looking for someone who is available to drop off and pick up my son from kindergarten 3 times a week, on a regular basis. The center is a short tram ride away and I would require you to be at our house at 645am so I can head to work.
Hello Carers!
We are looking for someone to help keep our busy family in order! We have two boys aged 12 and 14 who are becoming more independent but sometimes still need some help in getting organised for school and in getting to and from activities.
Both parents are busy with full time roles so would love some support with meal preparation and light home tasks like throwing on a wash, folding clothes and helping the boys keep their rooms tidy.
The boys sometimes ride to school but not if it's really hot or rainy - in which case they need a drop off and pick up.
For hours, we're looking for
Monday from 3.30 - 6.30pm
Wed before school 7.00-8.30am
Wed after school 3.30-7.30pm
Thurs before school 7.00-8.30am
Thurs after school 3.30-6.30pm
Fri before school 7.00-8.30am
Fri after school 3.30-5.30pm
We're keen to find someone reliable, kind and organised. They boys are pretty well behaved and becoming more independent.
Please let me know if that sounds like a good fit!
Cheers,
Bronwyn
Are you looking for your own self-contained apartment that you can stay live in with a friend / partner? Our prior nanny has gone back to the UK and lived there with her boyfriend. So it was similar to an au pair role but she was experienced and independent. This job could be with or without the apartment.
We are looking for a long term nanny (at least a year, although would consider 6 months if you had a lot of flexibility) for a 3 and 5 year old. They will both attend kinder next year 8:40-3:15 so the job involves before and after school care on different days. This could be two hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon, or some weeks just three three hour shifts in the afternoons. Date nights and weekend shifts always available although we wouldn’t expect it.
Looking for someone who is kind and energetic, and who has initiative. Experience with, and a genuine love of, children is essential. We’re looking for someone who is honest, trustworthy and reliable, and who will engage with our children. We approach this like a team and have had excellent relationships with our last two Nannies.
Both children are active and happy little people who love socialising. It's important that you're comfortable driving (you'll drive our car) as there are a few activities (eg gymnastics, Prahran market, mini maestros, etc). Some are within walking distance but otherwise you'll likely use the car at least once a day (to do kinder pick up).
The role involves some house keeping before or after dropping the kidlets off (clothes washing and folding, unloading groceries) and food preparation.
We have a cleaner so the role doesn't require any deep cleaning - just keeping the house tidy and cleaning up as you go.
If this sounds of interest to you, please get in touch. We’d love to hear from you!
Pay is $35-40 p/hr negotiable depending on experience. Apartment deducted from salary. We pay on an hourly rate.

We are looking for a confident, caring, creative and reliable nanny to look after our two boys aged 3 and 4 on Tuesdays (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and Fridays (8:30 am to 4:00 pm).
This is a part-time nanny role caring for two young children during the business day. It would ideally suit an experienced nanny whose current family’s circumstances are changing next year and who is looking for their next ongoing position.
We have had a wonderful experience with our current nanny over the past year, and as she begins a placement for her Early Childhood Education studies next year, she will only be available one day a week. We are looking for someone to join our family and care for the boys across both days on an ongoing basis. We would love to find someone who is looking for a long-term role throughout 2026.
The boys attend kindergarten on the other days, so these two days are focused on park adventures, exploring, kicking the football and having fun. They love playgrounds, the library, picnics and little outings, and we are hoping to find someone who enjoys planning engaging days with them.
Both parents work from home. We also have a Groodle, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
Ideally, you will:
• Have experience caring for preschool-aged children
• Enjoy play-based learning and creative, hands-on activities
• Be kind, patient and confident managing two young children
• Hold a Working With Children Check and police check
• Have a driver’s licence, own car ideal
• Be comfortable with light household tidying related to the boys such as meals, toys and laundry
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Please send a short note about your experience, availability, and why you think this role would be a good fit for you.

Based in Hawthorn, the role requires a full day of coordinating play, meals and naps, based on Lily’s schedule. I will provide all her meals, but basic house work is expected (tidying, washing, cleaning up).
We are hoping for someone who has experience with babies of this age. She is very playful and always on the move, crawling and walking across the furniture. She loves music, dancing, walks in the pram and watching the kids play on the playground.
There is potential to move to 2 days per week in 2026.
We’re a loving family in Kew seeking a kind, reliable, and experienced nanny to join us in a long-term role supporting our two young children — a toddler boy and a baby girl.
We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion for children’s growth and wellbeing, and who can become a trusted part of our family over time. Initially, hours will be part-time and flexible, with the potential to increase as we settle into a routine.
About our family:
Our toddler boy will attend kinder two days a week next year (and possibly one day of daycare).
Our baby girl would be the main focus initially.
We don’t have family nearby, so we’re hoping to find someone dependable who can offer consistent, ongoing support.
What we’re looking for:
Warm, nurturing, and responsible caregiver
Experience with both infants and toddlers
Ability to plan fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
Comfortable helping with meal prep, bath time, and daily routines
Able to manage both children’s bedtime every second Friday evening
Flexible with hours as the role grows over time
Ideally seeking someone interested in a long-term position
If this sounds like the right fit for you, we’d love to hear from you.
Please share a brief introduction about yourself, your availability, and any references from previous families.
