I’m looking for a reliable nanny to assist our family on a casual rotating roster. The main hours are 6:00am–9:00am, supporting the children with their morning routine and school drop off (Junction Village to Carrum Downs).

A few details about the role and our household:

We have 3 cats and a 7-month-old Rottweiler puppy. There are no responsibilities for the pets – our 15-year-old manages them – but you’ll need to be comfortable having them around.

Some light meal prep (lunches) and general tidying may be required as part of the morning routine.

On occasion, when my roster doesn’t allow, the role may also include a Wednesday afternoon (3:00pm–7:00pm) to collect the two youngest children and take them to their sporting commitments.

We’re hoping to find someone who is caring, punctual, and experienced with children, and who can manage early mornings with ease.

My days and hours are flexible and I pick up shifts when able or occasionally need care for the children when I have errands to run or on Saturdays I play sport or take the kids to swimming lessons (1.5 year old requires someone in water with her during the lesson)

I’m looking for someone to join my team as a support worker for a beautiful 11 year old boy with Norries Disease who is blind and has autism and an intellectual disability. He is supported after school 3pm-8pm and on weekends and school holidays. Looking for someone who has availability on at least one of the listed weekdays and one of either fortnightly Saturday mornings 9am-1pm or fortnightly Sundays 10am-3pm or 3pm-8pm. The hours have potential to increase if desired by early next year as one of his current team members will be finishing her degree and moving on. All training and ongoing support is provided by me so no need for prior experience in support work but this is highly regarded. You would need to be mature, nurturing, and to have a passion for working with children and learning new skills as well as the ability to stay calm when child is dysregulated and adapt to ongoing training and feedback. Someone who is either working in or aspiring to work in behaviour support, occupational therapy, speech therapy or physio therapy would be perfect for this role as we work closely with these therapies and integrate goals into what we do with the children on a daily basis. Please note a drivers licence and access to a car is essential for the role. We are looking for someone who can make a long term commitment of at last 1 year and the role requires regular weekly work with the child to be able to work with him on the school holidays so I am not able to accept applicants who are looking for temporary or solely school holiday work. Looking for a wonderful, kind, nurturing and fun Babysitter in Mount Martha for our two children, Millie and Jasper who are 7 and 5.

It is for the next few years if all goes well.
We are needing help on Tuesday from 3-7pm to cover school pick ups and dinner / bath / bed preparation and on a Thursday for just Jasper from 8am to 4pm from 6 October to Christmas.
We also need two full days over the school holiday period in January, plus we would like to book someone for a regular fortnight Wednesday from 7-9.30-10 so we can go out together.
