Interested in after school care for 2 primary school boys - to assist with pick up from school (less than 500m from home) and some assistance with reading/home work (roughly 2 to 3 hours each day, two to 3 days a week with some occasional extra days). I’m a busy mum in Essendon who works full time and is looking for a caring, fun, and reliable helper to support me and my two kids (13-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son). They’re at an age where they don’t need constant supervision but still need a positive, engaged adult around.

What the role involves:
• Driving the kids to activities (driver’s licence essential)

• Spending time with my son outdoors (kicking a soccer ball, park visits, being sporty and active)
• Providing a calm, supportive presence for the kids (one of whom has ADHD & dyslexia), with understanding of neurodivergent kids

• Experience with children, ideally including neurodivergent kids
• Confident driver with your own car
• Someone flexible and happy to pitch in where needed

Hours:
I need help for two afternoons a week and am looking for someone who can do school pick up at 3.30pm and finish around 7.30. Days would be Thursday and Tuesday (or could possibly be Wednesday). There may also be the need for occasional other day/weekend help or sometimes a later finish time on a Thursday.

We are a family of 4 (plus a small Shiba Inu) in Altona North looking to find a reliable babysitter nearby who has a car, and can look after our two children (Harper and Wolf)

Harper is 7 and in Grade 2, and Wolf is in daycare Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I work full-time from home, and my partner Jasmin does full-time work at ANZ on changing shifts (sometimes 9-6, 10 - 7, 11-8 etc) and I need to travel for work sporadically, or there are times we simply need to be able to get out for a night.

We are looking to find someone who is able to look after them flexibly - i.e. if I need to go away for a week to the US to look after them 6am - 9:30am and get them to school / daycare, or look after Wolf through the days and pick up Harper and look after them until Jasmin returns home at the end of the day.

We are hoping that someone would be available next week:

Monday 10th - 11th of October

Arrive 6am both days

Drop kids at school / daycare at 9/9:30

Pick up Kids 3:15/3:30

Look after them 3:30 - 8/9:00pm

Will likely change depending on Jasmin’s availability

Will store and provide food for kids for dinner in addition to anything else

We are looking for a professional nanny to work with our family in caring for our 8 month old identical twin boys. We are seeking someone for 3 days per week, ideally Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 8am-4pm, commencing in January 2026 but do have some flexibility around this.

You will provide care in our home in Newport, Victoria while we work from home. We will be out of your way, but one of us will always be on hand if needed.
