We are a busy family of 4 (soon to be 5) seeking an experienced nanny to support our household as we prepare to welcome a new baby in June. We currently have two boys aged 5 and 2 years.

We are looking for someone long-term who can become a trusted part of our family as we transition to 3 children, starting school next year and beyond.

Our ideal caregiver is someone who:
- has extensive experience with young children and ideally newborns
- is calm and confident with active, outgoing and busy young children (i.e. balancing a warm but firm approach with clear boundaries)

Core hours (ongoing):
Monday and Tuesday afternoons/evenings, 3:30pm - 7:00pm (+ 1 full day over schools holidays)

Additional hours from July (newborn support):
Two - three days per week, (days and hours flexible to be negotiated with you)
Total hours: approx. 8 hours per week initially, increasing to ~12-20 hours per week from July (TBC)

Your role
- Kinder & daycare pickup and afternoon care
- Preparing and serving dinner for the children
- Supporting bath and bedtime routines
- Light household chores (children's laundry, preparing dinner, walking the dog, general tidying)
- From July: assisting with newborn care

We are a busy, active family seeking a reliable and energetic nanny to help care for our 3 boys (aged 12, 10 and 5 years old) during after-school hours 4 days per week Kensington, Victoria, commencing in late January 2026.
