We are a warm, respectful and flexible family who values communication and the well-being of the person caring for Leo. We want our nanny to feel appreciated, supported and fully included in our daily life.
We are starting our search now so we can offer a few occasional days before March, a great opportunity to get to know Leo, build a bond gently, and make sure we are the right “match” for one another.
If you’re looking for a family to work with in an environment of trust and good vibes, we would be very happy to chat with you!
I am searching for a Nanny at the moment for Mon-Tue 3-6pm until Dec 9 (days flexible, but two afternoons).
We go on holiday then but are back mid Jan and would then hopefully be able to arrange some holiday hours and then back to M-T for term time.
The right nanny would need a car to collect from school but also a warm nature, but ability to work with my high energy 3.5 year old (the 6 year old is generally pretty easy).
Please let me know if this sounds like the right fit for you.
Hi Nannies,
We are a family of 4 (plus dog), with our youngest member joining us just two weeks ago.
As my partner returns to work on 1 Dec, we are looking for someone to work with us for 2 days per week throughout December, with the opportunity to extend / grow the role into the new year.
The role until Christmas will be largely playing with our very active 3 year old, preparing meals and helping me with the baby / helping out around the house. Will suit someone who is flexible and happy to collaborate.
All the usual credentials such as current first aid, WWC, and great references from previous roles
Please be in touch with any questions,
Many thanks! Susan
I'm searching for a babysitter who will assist with before school care for two kids aged 12 and 6. They will both need to be dropped off to school and picked up 3 days per week.

Our family of five is looking for a new nanny in 2026. Start date late Jan/early Feb. We have three girls (twins nearly 5yr and 7.5yr) and we live in Northcote. We are ideally looking for someone to work Wednesdays 8am-6pm and Fridays 8am-5pm. There is also an option of additional hours on a Thursday. The girls are busy with activities, so a clean drivers licence is essential.
We have had wonderful nannies in the past, who have become like family. We value kindness, reliability and safe care. We think of ourselves as quite easy going and we would treat our future nanny with respect and fairness. We value what our nanny has to bring to our family. The girls love to be active and draw, sing, dress up, craft and play in the garden. Our ideal nanny would help our household function well with cooking and help with laundry and cleaning. We also have a cleaner once per week who is fantastic.
Please let me know if this sounds like a good fit for you and we can arrange a time to chat. It would also be helpful to have contact details for reference checks from previous families.
We’re looking for a reliable, kind, punctual, competent nanny with good communication skills, who can help us look after our 8-9 month old, along with fetching our 3.5 year old to kinder, and looking after them in the afternoon.
We are based very near the Hurstbridge line in Northcote.
The job will be on Wednesdays , from 8 am to 5 pm, and fetching the 3.5 year old to kinder (15 min walk) at 8.30 am and getting them home by 2 pm. We also would appreciate help with food prep and basic laundry (mainly folding or hanging clothes) if there is time but not essential.
A paid trial will be required before officially commencing.
We are looking at $35 per hour plus super and leave entitlements (4 weeks of annual leave , of which 2 weeks being the nanny’s choice), or the equivalent in casual rates if that is preferred and can be discussed.
We’re hoping to build a long term relationship with our nanny ideally beyond a year although we understand plans can change.
Hello lovely nannies!
Our current nanny is about to move away, so we are now looking for a new fun, loving and energetic nanny to care for our two kids. We are a friendly outgoing family of four and we both work in the Melbourne CBD. We love eating, heading out to the park, riding bikes and making each other laugh!

Light house duties including heating/ cleaning up kids mealtimes, light tidying up after children etc.
We require babysitting assistance for our 18 month girl. Midday until 6pm 3 days a week.

Looking for a wonderful nanny in Hawthorn 3122
Start date: Tuesday 3 February 2026
Pay: $35 per hour
We are looking for a confident, caring, creative and reliable nanny to look after our two boys aged 3 and 4 on Tuesdays (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) and Fridays (8:30 am to 4:00 pm).
This is a part-time nanny role caring for two young children during the business day. It would ideally suit an experienced nanny whose current family’s circumstances are changing next year and who is looking for their next ongoing position.
We have had a wonderful experience with our current nanny over the past year, and as she begins a placement for her Early Childhood Education studies next year, she will only be available one day a week. We are looking for someone to join our family and care for the boys across both days on an ongoing basis. We would love to find someone who is looking for a long-term role throughout 2026.
The boys attend kindergarten on the other days, so these two days are focused on park adventures, exploring, kicking the football and having fun. They love playgrounds, the library, picnics and little outings, and we are hoping to find someone who enjoys planning engaging days with them.
Both parents work from home. We also have a standard Groodle, so being comfortable around dogs is important.
Ideally, you will:
• Have experience caring for preschool-aged children
• Enjoy play-based learning and creative, hands-on activities
• Be kind, patient and confident managing two young children
• Hold a Working With Children Check and police check
• Have a driver’s licence, own car ideal
• Be comfortable with light household tidying related to the boys such as meals, toys and laundry
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you. Please send a short note about your experience, availability, and why you think this role would be a good fit for you.
We are currently looking for a nanny for our three boys, who are aged 16 (Year 10), 9 (Year 3) and 6 (Year 1). As both of us are working parents, we are primarily looking for someone from 2pm/3pm through to 6-7pm on weekdays.
The role involved giving our dog a walk, picking the boys up from school, bringing them to their after school activities, housework (hanging up laundry and folding laundry, clearing/stacking dishwasher), and (depending on when you need to leave) preparing and starting off dinner for the boys.
The rates are negotiable based on merit and experience. If our family and the role sounds like a good match for you, we would love to hear from you!
We are looking for a nanny for our 10 month old daughter, 1 day per week (flexible over what day).
Based in Hawthorn, the role requires a full day of coordinating play, meals and naps, based on Lily’s schedule. I will provide all her meals, but basic house work is expected (tidying, washing, cleaning up).
We are hoping for someone who has experience with babies of this age. She is very playful and always on the move, crawling and walking across the furniture. She loves music, dancing, walks in the pram and watching the kids play on the playground.
There is potential to move to 2 days per week in 2026.
I am looking for someone who is available to drop off and pick up my son from kindergarten on a regular basis. The center is a short tram ride away and I would require you to be at our house at 645am so I can head to work.
We’re looking for a caring and reliable nanny to join our family on an ongoing, part-time basis from January 2026. You’ll be looking after our 15-month-old daughter at our home in Thornbury. She’s a cheeky, bubbly little girl whose smile can brighten anyone’s day!
We’re after someone who loves spending time with toddlers and is happy to help create a fun, safe and nurturing environment.
Hours: • Option 1: Wednesdays and Thursdays, 7:30am – 12:30pm (two 5-hour shifts), or • Option 2: Thursdays, 7:30am – 4:30pm (one longer shift). We can be flexible for the right person.
If you think you’d be a great fit, we’d love to hear from you!
