We are a young, friendly couple looking for a caring, energetic, and experienced nanny to join our family and help care for our 18-month-old son. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddlers — playing, exploring, teaching new things, and creating a fun and loving environment.
**About the Role:**
* Care for our 18-month-old son 2 days a week (daytime hours) flexible with days
* Help with age-appropriate activities and development
* Light housework and simple meal prep
* Experience with newborns is essential, as we’re expecting our baby girl in December
* Opportunity for increased hours once the baby arrives
We are seeking someone who wants to be part of our family long-term — a warm, reliable presence our children can grow up with. If you're passionate about childcare, have experience with young children and babies, and are looking for a meaningful, lasting role, we’d love to hear from you!
We are seeking a warm, experienced nanny to join our family in South Melbourne from late February/early March 2026. Care will be for our newborn (6 weeks old) across Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, with one week being three days of support and the following week being two days. Start times are flexible (8:00am or 9:00am on some days), with finish times ranging between 4:00pm–5:30/6:00pm.
The ideal candidate will have strong newborn experience, current First Aid/CPR, Working With Children Check and Police Check, and a nurturing, reliable nature. Light household duties (laundry, tidying, simple meal prep). As our baby grows, support may extend to school pick-ups for our 4.5-year-old and dinner preparation. We are looking for someone long-term who will feel like part of our family.
We are on the hunt for a nanny/babysitter to assist our family of 4 (+ Gus our Hungarian Vizsla) in Albert Park, to commence in a few weeks. We would like this to be ongoing/permanent for the next 6-12 months (with a break for around a month at Christmas time).
The days/hours we are looking for:
Thursdays 8-12
Fridays 8-12
Occasionally these days may change and/ or we would love to give additional hours during the week/weekend when required.
We are super keen to have somebody the kids have become familiar with that we can call upon other than family when needed.
We have Ned (20 month old) and Pippa (3 weeks old).
Care would mainly be for our newborn Pippa and would for the most part be feeding, settling, napping, changing, floor time etc
Occasionally care for both Ned and Pippa.
This will allow me to drop Ned to daycare/attend appointments/catch up on work etc, so I would be in and out of the house during these hours.
During nap times some light house duties (tidying up, washing bottles etc) would be expected.
Midwife, nursing or childcare background highly regarded.
We are looking for a nanny to care for our two girls, ages 18mo and 3.75yo during the day.
I am planning to embark on the process of looking for jobs to return to the workforce after a career break, and need support to enable me to do so. During this period, we are looking for someone ~15-20hrs/week across Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu. We can be flexible with exactly when those hours fall, and would be looking to split them over three or four days.
Once I have returned to work, we will be looking for someone to support us 3-4days a week. If the candidate we find for the near-term support is able to stay on with us long-term, that would be ideal though certainly not mandatory.
We are looking for a nanny who has a WWC, is First Aid and CPR trained, COVID and Flu vaccinated and minimum 2 parent references. Additionally, a valid driver licence and clean driving record.
Ideally we would also love our nanny to help with some light housework, largely relating to the girls: mealtime prep/packdown etc., laundry, tidying living/bedrooms etc.
We live in Albert Park (near the village) and I need ongoing help with mornings and/or afternoons for my three boys: 7yr old twins and a 3 yr old.

Afternoons 3pm - 7pm : Picking up from school / daycare and taking them to local activities (lessons). Helping with homework and preparing for dinner / showers.
Preferred days are: Mondays, Wednesday and Thursdays
The ideal candidate should be engaging, energised, organised, calm, disciplined and patient. Whilst drivers license preferred, not necessary as everything is walking distance.
Bonus points if you can help with homework (reading books), play kids games, telling stories and play or understand music.
Just as a FYI - we have a cavoodle (dog) who is very friendly and may need some walks.

We are seeking a caring and reliable female babysitter to care for our 22-month-old daughter on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:30pm–5:30pm. This is a permanent, ongoing role based in Gowanbrae (3043), next to Airport West. As there is no public transport nearby, a driver’s license and car are essential. The role involves engaging play, supervision, and providing a safe, nurturing environment while mum works from home. Our daughter is bubbly, friendly, and loves outdoor play in our spacious backyard. This position would suit someone who enjoys working with toddlers and is looking for stable, consistent hours.
Hi there, I am a single dad to a baby girl who is 8 months old. I am looking for someone for a full day every Monday - to look after the baby and housework. Casual nights for a couple of hours to cover a dinner maybe once a week. And potentially a back up if the baby is unwell and can’t go to to
Childcare.
We live in prahran. I work from home and from the office.
Also I have a beaglier puppy. She loves people and is 7 years old.
I am looking for someone to start ideally this Sunday. I have show to go to. If this fit is right then I will look for an ongoing arrangement.
After-school pick ups Tues/Wed/Thurs (3 - 6pm T&W and 3 - 6:30pm Th), for 11yo G and 8yo B - two bubbly children who are seeking someone engaging and present who has 4+ years experience, WWCC, full driver’s licence - must be off P plates - parent references and is reliable and able to commit for a minimum of 6 months.
3:00-6:00/6:30pm $35/hr
Tues/Wed/Thurs (must be able to do all 3 days)
Nanny duties include: Pick up kids from school/bus stop (car provided) - one pick up at 3:30pm and the other pick up at 3:45pm. After returning from school pick ups, it's unpacking school bags/cleaning out lunchboxes, preparing some simple afternoon tea. After school activities vary from swimming to football training, some drop off and some staying at venue.
Light house duties of folding of washing (if a basket is done) and putting away clothes, and cooking dinners for the kids - guidance provided on this unless you happen to be a whiz in the kitchen and don't need any guidance on meals! :-)
Looking for someone that is reliable and can commit to the hours. Someone that is patient, present and genuinely enjoys kids but can also set boundaries when required. Someone that has the ability to be able to see the little things also that might help a working parent out and can clean up after themselves and have the house tidy 😊
Non-smoking around children, no phone scrolling and nut-free (one child has nut allergies). WWCC and family references a must, as is a driver’s license and safe driving history.
Open to all ages and backgrounds as long as you have proven nanny experience greater than 4 years and someone local is probably most ideal. Thanks! 😊
