- collecting my daughter from the local primary school
- collecting my son from the train station

- making dinner and then tidying up afterwards

I'm seeking someone to help out with after school collection (from The Illawarra Grammar School) on Mon-Thurs and occasional Fridays. School pick-up is via car line at 3.10pm. You'll either be bringing the kids straight home or to activities (swimming, run club, etc) and then home. End time likely to be 5.30pm although may be earlier some days and later others depending upon when my husband and I finish work.

You will need to have your own car and a clean license to enable pick-up and travel to/from the various activities.

I have a 8yo daughter and an 10yo son. They're easy going and love to hang out with sitters who provide lots of positive attention. They enjoy being outdoors (soccer, biking, swimming, beach trips, etc) as well as doing activities indoors (crafts, board games, computer games, etc). They'll also need some supervision while completing homework, practicing their instruments, etc.

Whilst housework is not a core part of the role, it would be great to find someone who doesn't mind doing light activities like emptying the dishwasher whilst the kids are occupied.

My daughter has coeliac disease so needs someone who can manage allergies (I can chat you through all the details) and doesn't mind operating in our fully gluten-free home.

I'm hoping we can find someone who gels well with the kids, is fun, proactive and reliable, and can help us out long-term.

Seeking an experienced casual babysitter for three children, ages 11 (twins) and 13. The position will be on weekends beginning with 3-4 hours on a Friday or Saturday afternoon/evening and progress from there. We're a family with 4 kids (girl aged 1, boys aged 4, 6 & 8) & we're experienced long-term nanny employers. This position is on the books with tax deducted, holiday & sick pay. We need a nanny who can do everything we do: love & care for a baby, kick a football, manage dishwasher & 1 load of laundry per day (no cleaning), make an easter hat if needed, possibly one afternoon's driving to sport. It's a big & busy job for someone with lots of energy. Package up to $45ph depending on age and experience. Weekdays in term time boys are at school 9-3, but other times you would have all 4 kids. Boys are sweet & high-energy - you need to be OK with mud & noise & sensory overload & know how to do firm & gentle discipline! You need to know how to manage a house or be willing to learn, and have expericne with lots of kids at once (or demonstrate you can handle it). The nitty gritty:
- Days are flexible could be 3 days or 2 days
- A few things that we have found we need to be super clear on: First, reliability is critical: please don't apply if you view sick leave as an entitlement to be used up (but of course it's there for when you're really sick). Second, please don't apply if you have any issues with substance abuse. Third, we need a 12 month commitment provided we’re a good fit - we need someone who is not planning to leave or change hours to study or more than 4 weeks’ travel in the next 12 months. Fourth, we need you to be OK with looking after sick children, including fevers and green runny noses and conjuntivitis and rashes, practising infection control. We don't expect you to work if they are infectious with COVID or gastro.
Likely start mid-May but flexible.
