After school care for 2 children

I have two children (8 and 15 years old) who require after school care from 2.45-6pm Tuesday to Thursday. My eldest has a disability. There would be other hours available on a more ad hoc basis. We are looking for someone with experience with children, ideally those with a disability. They would have their own transport and be available for the longer term. Caregiver duties would include picking them up from school, helping them to gets snacks and get changed, playing games and reading books as well as doing some meal prep . They would also take them out to after school activities. Thank you
