Morning Shift
Time: 7am to 10:00am [could increase hours if willing to do housekeeping tasks]
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri
Responsibilities: get the kids ready for daycare, preparing simple breakfast (oats, toast, etc), drive the kids to the daycare, unstack the dishwasher, clean/tidy up the kitchen

Afternoon Pickup
Days: Mon, Tue, Wed
Time: 3:30pm to 5:30pm or 4:30pm ot 6:30pm (varies by day)
Responsibilities: pick up the kids from daycare, take them to extra-curricular classes (when scheduled), help with the kids evening routine, pack lunchbox for next day, clean/tidy up the kitchen

Role Details

We are looking for a nanny for our very loving and friendly daughter, Anna, who turns 3 years in March 2026. We pay $30-35 cash-in-hand. We can be flexible on start date (even Jan 2026 is OK). Anna sleeps 2 hours (12:30-2:30pm) each day. We are looking for someone who is keenly focused on teaching Anna and doing educational activities and outings with her (e.g. zoo, museum). But you don't need formal teacher training. We live in Cremorne Point near the picturesque Cremorne Point walk and many parks. We're also looking for someone who can help with light housework (we have a cleaner) such as putting on loads of washing, putting the children's clothes away, occasional ironing and occasionally changing bedsheets. We are looking for a nanny to help with school pick ups, driving to sports activities and looking after our two girls (10 and 12) in the afternoons. We have a puppy and, ideally, our nanny would also take the puppy for a walk and help out with light household duties before school pick up (eg putting on a load of laundry).

Looking for a responsible adult mother's helper to monitor 2 children (11 boy and 12 girl) and manage the house for two days a week (Mondays and Thursday) in the January school holidays when the parents are office-bound. The start and end times can vary and will generally include tidying up, preparing food, cooking dinner and monitoring kids. Need to be strong personality that will not be swayed by my far-too-clever, always-bored and work-every-angle son! This can progress to two afternoons a week in term time if it suits your schedule.

Hello, we’re a family of four, living in Double Bay. We’re originally from London and I have a 5 year old at school and a 6 month old. The role would be to come every weekday from 10am - 5pm doing a few hours of nannying with the baby, and then preparing dinner, cleaning and housekeeping for the second half of the day. Starting mid Feb 2026.

We are looking for an experienced nanny to help look after our 3 year old boy and sometimes our 6.5 year old girl – during the day and with school pick ups (own car needed). We live in the lower north shore in a lovely house with a big backyard and two very fluffy cats. Would suit someone who is interested or has experience in developmental/education play.

Tue 2-6pm / Wed 8-6pm / Fri 8-5pm

Sat 8-3pm - 2-3x a month.

We would also have the occasional evenings (if interested) during the weekdays (perhaps once every 2 months).

Tue
• Starting at 2pm to travel to the school (in Mosman). Pick up 3yr old at 2:30pm.
• Bring him home and help with: changing out of uniforms, snack, washing lunchboxes, organize school bags for next day.
• Oversee quieter/calming activities at home – playing in the playroom, backyard etc.
• Light prep of kids dinner to have him eating by 5:30pm. Tidy of playroom + downstairs (eg put away toys, quick vacuum). Clean/tidy kitchen after kids dinner.
• Note - 6.5yr old is at school/activities and would only be home 5:30/6pm onwards (with one parent)

Wed
• Full day with the 3 year old – take him to playground / music lesson / gymnastic classes / parks / outings etc (just examples, not all !).
• Focus on educational and developmental play play.
• Kid-related cleaning (during the day) – unstack dishwasher in the morning / change kids bed sheets / kids laundry (wash + put away) / vacuum their rooms / tidy of toys. Make lunchboxes.
• Leave house 3:30pm to pick up 6.5year old from school activities at 4pm
• Light prep of kids dinner / tidy kitchen / tidy playroom / wash lunchboxes etc.

Friday
• Similar to the above – full day with 3 year old + various activities. Light cleaning/tidy of kitchen/play room / lunchboxes.
• Pick up 6.5year old from school at 3pm.
• Spend afternoon with both kids – park, playing in backyard etc.

Saturday
• Take kids to activities as scheduled.
• More of a fun / outing day.

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and caring part-time babysitter/nanny to help with our 2 year old for four hours this Thursday morning, as well as on an upcoming Saturday/Sunday during the daytime (can be flexible on the weekend day, but looking for someone for this Thursday morning!). We also have a 10 month old baby, but the care would be only for the toddler, and would not require you to watch both children at the same time (at least not right now).

Ideally this person would also be available to contact for one off babysitter if they’re free in the future, including an upcoming weekend day before Christmas (either a Saturday or Sunday one weekend upcoming before Xmas)

The ideal person would be happy to spend the time engaging thoughtfully and creatively 1-on-1 with the toddler either inside or outside the home. This is not a role where a candidate is just ‘supervising’ the child, but truly engaging and entertaining her through doing different actives in the home (like drawing, singing, pretend play, reading etc) or taking her to the park and engage with her whilst she plays on the equipment or run around with her etc.

We will be arriving in Sydney on 23rd/24th November. Both kids start school the week starting 13th Jan 2026. Based on this, we will need you for 35-40 hours every week until January 13th. After that, the schedule of morning drop-off and evening pick-up will take effect, which means fewer hours per week but regular hours. We are looking for a carer with nursing or support work qualifications and experience to assist our young teenager on weekends and some weekday afternoon/evenings. You will support our son with supervision, fun company, outings, administering PEG feeds (training provided) and basic medications, self care, toileting and other daily activities.
