Friendly professional family in Winston Hills are looking for a trustworthy full time nanny who is comfortable in a fast-paced family environment and will invest in the development of B7 months.
Primary focus on the development of their precious little baby and maintaining his routine. As the baby reaches each milestone, the family expects the nanny to be proactive and hands on with age appropriate learning and play activities.
While the nanny’s focus will be mainly on the baby’s care and associated activities, the family’s other children, 8-year-old twin girls, will need direction and friendly encouragement when at home after school and during school holidays. The children are self-sufficient, but need to feel comfortable communicating and be happily occupied in the same spaces. They may occasionally want to help with the baby’s care and housekeeping duties and the family encourages them to take on age appropriate tasks.
Housekeeping duties specific to the baby are required when the carer has time - preparing his meals, folding/washing his clothes if needed, and also overall housekeeping when the baby is sleeping such as light tidying and keeping the kitchen and common areas clean and tidy.
Mum works remotely from home in the tech industry. Dad occasionally works from home in the finance industry.
Must have extensive experience with newborn babies and with school aged children.
Must love dogs. Family dog (Whippet) is both energetic and sensitive/quiet. Easy and only needs to be let out the back door a few times a day.
Must have current first aid certification or happy to update.
The family is looking for a January start and an ongoing commitment.
Parents are fully vaccinated and candidate must also be fully vaccinated.
Parents will manage drop offs and pick ups for the older children once school returns.
The family have a pool so must also be a confident swimmer for safety reasons.

Are you available at 5pm on Saturdays?
I am looking for someone to do a "changeover" for my sweet little three year old boy at Petersham park each Saturday. The changeover will take about 10-15 minutes and I will pay $50 per changeover.
You will be the right person if you are older than 25 years of age, calm, responsible, and OK working in a slightly awkward situation.
In brief, my son spends Saturday with his dad, but I don't think it is a good idea for the parents to come in contact because that can lead to rude words and/or conflict in front of the little boy. I need someone to meet the Dad at Petersham park, then hold the boys hand and walk five minutes around the corner to return the boy to me. You will need to arrive at 4.55pm on Saturday and be prepared to wait 10-20 minutes if the Dad is late (he is usually on time).
I will understand if some Saturdays you might not be available, but I need someone who is available at least 75% of time, and clearly communicates with me when they are not available.
Usually this job only takes 10-15 minutes, but I pay $50 per changeover because while the Dad is sometimes calm and polite, at other times he is rude. In the past he has done things such as giving people the "silent treatment", ie. not saying hello when he meets you, or throwing a hat on the ground when he didn't want it. If you think you can handle this, you might be the person I'm really searching for!
More than happy to answer any questions so you can think about if this job is the right fit for you. Just email me and we'll make a time to talk.
Thank you <3

We are seeking a friendly and energetic nanny to provide after school care to our 4 year old son.
We are cross-cultural family, mum is Australian and father is Nepalese-Australian. Our son is a very curious, social and active boy who loves playing with friends, swimming and riding his scooter and bike. The role will involve pick up from preschool in Lilyfield and doing activities with him, and starting the evening bath routine. This position would suit someone who likes outdoor activities and is playful.
We are very open to other cultures and welcome English and/or Nepali language speakers.
Two easy going girls aged 10 & 11. Help on two post school afternoons and/or potentially one morning pre school across Wed-Thurs each week Additional evening and weekend's also possible. Help with school work, outdoor activities and dinner prep ideal.
Our family is in need of a nanny for our sweet 5 month old baby boy, Oscar (6 months by start date).
Ideally someone near Leichhardt who is experienced, reliable, trustworthy and fun.
We both work mostly from home and so will be close by most of the time. We’re wanting someone to be able to give Oscar their full attention to play, read, go on walks, feed, cuddle and put him down for naps, while we work.
(Mum runs her own company and dad is in consulting)
It would be ideal that you can be flexible with times and days (as we can be), available for occasional night time babysitting/appointments and open to domestic travel if needed.
Hoping for 2 mornings per week to start (10am - 2pm approx, Tuesday’s and flexible for either Wednesday or Thursday), building onto this as we all become more comfortable — you’ll be his first ever carer other than his parents.
We’d love someone happy to do light housekeeping during any naps, small errands, shopping etc (when on walks).
We have a large but very friendly Labrador, so dog lover a must.
It would be a bonus if you speak Italian or another language and love music.

We are a friendly family of five in Annandale, with three kids aged 9, 7 and 5. We are looking for someone to care for our kids, oversee their morning routine and to help keep the house clean and tidy. The applicant is responsible for getting the kids ready for school and some light housework, including laundry, tidying and some house cleaning.
About us: Our kids are lovely and we hope you enjoy working with us. We are very family orientated, but a bit disorganised on the logistics of keeping a clean and tidy house. We work in education and health, so it’s very important that COVID safe measures are adhered to.
About you: Applicants should be experienced caring for primary school aged children, well organised, and able to identify requirements of the house, and proactively tidy, organise laundry and clean where needed.
This role is before school three days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7-1030am. The shift begins at 7am to help kids get ready for school- including making lunches and piano practise, unloading the dishwasher and tidying up the kitchen before walking them all to school. After school drop off, we need help with some light housekeeping, primarily laundry and tidying up, with some cleaning as needed.
Applicants must be triple vaccinated to apply, thanks.
We are a busy, fun family of five. Both parents work full time and we need someone to help us out with our kids (11,9,8) after school. The role will involve supervising homework, drop off and pick up from after school activities and occasionally light house work like preparing dinner or getting the clothes off the line. What we want most is for you to engage with the kids. Hope to hear from you soon.
