Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi there! I'm currently a third-year medical student at UWA, with a Bachelor of Science degree as well. I pride myself on being reliable, well-organised, and outgoing, with a genuine love for babysitting and caring for children. I have my own car, a valid driver's license, a Working with Children Check, a police check, first aid certificate and I'm COVID-vaccinated. I offer flexible babysitting services, including casual arrangements, regular weekday afternoons/evenings, and extended periods (e.g., when parents are away for 2+ weeks). With several years of experience in childcare, I’m comfortable with children of all ages and can handle a variety of situations with patience and care. I also work casually at a private girls' school boarding house, where I help manage daily activities and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for the students. I’m happy to assist with afternoon extracurricular activities, homework, meal preparation, and bedtime routines, making sure your children feel comfortable and secure while you're away. I can provide references upon request, so you can feel confident in your decision. Looking forward to connecting with your family soon!

Hi parents :) My name is Bee, and I am a mum to two gorgeous kids aged 5 and 7. In 2025 I will commence my Masters of Education (Early Childhood). With years of hands-on experience as a parent, I understand the joys and challenges that come with looking after young kids! I adore the fun and play that small children bring, and am a nurturing, gentle and kind carer who would love to help care for your little one while you are at work or out and about. I’m passionate about nurturing children’s growth and development, and am committed to creating a warm, supportive, and fun environment where your kids can thrive. What I Offer: Experience: As a mum of two, I’ve learned the ins and outs of managing a busy household, keeping kids entertained, safe, and engaged. I know how to juggle the many needs of young children, from meal prep and trips to rhyme time to playtime and bedtime routines. Creativity: I love engaging kids in creative activities, from arts and crafts to imaginative play, helping to stimulate their imagination and build problem-solving skills. Outdoors fun: I’m a big believer in the importance of outdoor play. Whether it’s a walk in the park, playing hide and seek, or just enjoying the fresh air, I always make sure kids get plenty of time to explore and play outside. Gentle and Nurturing: I take a patient, gentle approach to caregiving, with a focus on understanding and meeting each child's emotional and developmental needs. I’m happy to offer emotional support as well as a stable routine. Reliable & Responsible: I understand the importance of consistency and reliability, and I am committed to providing the best care possible for your little one(s). What I’m Looking For: I'm seeking a part-time nanny position, ideally 2-3 days per week, where I can provide caring, attentive, and fun support for children of all ages. I am also available for overnight nannying (Wed / Thu / Fri, between 8pm-7am). I can do evening babysitting work (Wed / Thu / Fri on a casual basis.) I’m excited to bring my energy and experience to your family, and I look forward to building a positive, supportive relationship with you and your kids. Feel free to contact me if you'd like to chat more about your family’s needs or to set up an interview. I can’t wait to meet you and your little ones!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hey everyone I’m an international student from China, just arrived in Perth. I’m looking for babysitting jobs. I’ll study for a Master of Social Work at UWA this year, so I’ve already received all the necessary documents, such as the police check and vaccines. I have also signed up for the first aid and CPR course and will apply for WWCC as soon as possible. I also graduated with a Master’s degree in gender and developmental studies from Uni Melbourne, and have worked in gender-related fields during the last four years in China, I advocated for gender equality, taught sex-ed courses for kids and their families, and initiated workshops on crochet, woodcut, painting and writing to promote gender equality. Additionally, I worked in Tibet for one year as a volunteer teacher teaching students aged 4-12, I played with them and taught them Mandarin, math and English. I like to be with kids, learn from them, and grow up with them. I like reading, writing, drawing, bouldering, bird-watching, and all kinds of DIY projects. So don't worry—I can always come up with ideas for playing with kids—at least, I'll try my best to do so! I love animals and once worked for a stray cat rescue team for 1 year. I also adopted 4 cats when I was in China and they are now living with my parents. I live in West Perth 6005 and don’t have a car right now, so I prefer to work in areas where the commute is less than one hour. I have a Chinese driver’s license, and I’ll start practicing driving soon, I hope this helps in the future. If you are interested or have any more questions, please DM me!! Thanks in advance 🍀🌱🎋🌿💞!!

Looking for: Part-time,Casual Babysitting

Hi I’m Lizzie, 22 from England. I have moved to Perth and looking for some work on the side. I have worked with children ages 1-18 teaching them swimming and other important skills. I worked for over 4 years at a Summer camp for children ages 4-11. Recently for 6 months I helped out with 2 boys ages 7&8 to drop them off at school and pick up, help with school tasks and cook; I have a reference if needed for that. I have babysat up to 3 kids at a time, and can handle most situations that occurs. I am calm in a stressful situation. I am first aid trained, and CPR trained. I can easily cook a meal. I can drive, I have a valid UK license that’s over 3 years but I don’t have a car. I can help with homework. I am also happy to help out with cleaning as well if needed for extra hours. A bit about me I love going outside for walks, swims in the sea (I used to be a pool lifeguard, so confident in water). The Australian coffee scene is the best in my opinion. Currently travelling as many places a possible. I have lived in Aus for two years, travelled all the way up the east coast from Sydney to Port Douglas and along the south coast, from Melbourne to Perth.

Edit: Available one weekday or occasional day (even if you just need a once off) or eve/ night. ~ Fri OR Sat evening and one week-day after 9am. Sometimes will need a minimum of hours depending on location and rate. - Possibly build up to one or two days a week. Prefer North of River depending on traffic/times /amount of hours. -obviously has to be worth the time and travel. 🌸🌸Car is older two door hatchback -so just for getting me there and back rather than driving children around (odd occasion may be ok). -20+yrs exp babysitting. - Exp as Relief staff in childcare. All rooms. ~ Experience with autism. - afterschool care for various families. ~ Experience working in disabilities, mostly intellectual disabilities (group homes) and one on one. - experience driving two girls to the park ect -- (family provided me car). - Cert III Childcare - Cert III Mental Health - babysitting mostly ages 9mths plus. - can swim. References: can provide after meet-up (for ongoing positions with a fair amount of hours) (as with the nature of babysitting I can be picking up new families often) & wouldn't be fair to always be asking this of families I know; they are busy working families. :) - My First Aid + asthma anaphylaxis is expired (at this point). ~~~ Most of my babysitting has come from parents passing my number on. ~Anything else just ask. Thanks so much. :) Renee
