Meet Tanja: A nanny and babysitter in St Kilda, VIC

Hello everyone, my name is Tanja, I'm 35 years old from The Netherlands and I'm a Physical Education Teacher. I arrived in Australia 11yrs ago to be a live in Nanny in Sydney of two little boys (at that time 7 months and 3 years old) for six months. I looked after them for 4/5 days per week. Duties included feeding them, going to activities, dressing, nap time routine, bath time etc. Besides that I helped the family with cooking, cleaning and other jobs. Because I am a swimming teacher I provided the oldest boy with swimming lessons, which we both enjoyed. The baby enjoyed the water as well, as I brought him so now and then. After that I have travelled a lot in Asia, NZ and Australia. Now I'm based in Melbourne and working as a restaurant Manager in St. Kilda, while I am waiting for my permanent residency. In the Netherlands I have studied a Bachelor of Education. I have specialized myself with children of primary schools age with mental disorders and behavioral problems. I have experience in all ages 0-20 years old. I love kids and I am passionate about my job back home and hopefully one day I can do the same here in Australia. I have worked in Spain (for an English company) in an animation team on a campsite were I did lots of activities with our guests from everywhere in the world. I have worked in Croatia as a sport instructor to do many sports activities with children 8-13 year old. I have also worked in Switzerland to take care of the little ones (0-3 year old) of our customers, as I worked in a Hotel. I have a WWCC check, Police check , First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis course and a Bachelor Degree in Education. I'm currently based in St.Kilda, have a driver license and I am a competent driver here in Australia. If you would like to request a reference, I can provide you with that as well.
