I have had a good deal of experience working with children as well as being a mother of one (now grown) son. He is currently studying at Melbourne University and doing well. I like to encourage imaginative play, build confidence and engage children in conversation. I believe children should feel heard and be treated with respect and feel supported and loved. I do like old fashioned manners but take a gentle approach in instilling them and encouraging them. I am willing to work with parents to understand their routines and values.
