My name is Mia, I’m 22 years old and looking for casual or part-time babysitting/nannying work around + nearby the Bayside area!

I have been caring for children for several years now and genuinely enjoy creating a safe, nurturing and happy environment for them. I am comfortable caring for children at all different ages including, newborns, babies, toddlers, school ages children and teenagers!

I’m currently in my 3rd year of a Bachelor of Midwifery + Bachelor of Nursing. My studies and clinical experiences have given me valuable knowledge in newborn and infant care, child development, feeding, settling, routines and recognising the individual needs of babies and children. Alike, strengthening my ability to remain calm, attentive and reassuring, while providing gentle and responsive care to both children and their families.

I’m warm, patient, nurturing and responsible, and genuinely enjoy getting to know each child’s personality and helping them feel safe, comfortable and cared for. Families I’ve worked with would describe me as trustworthy, reliable and attentive, with a natural ability to connect with children.

My experience includes caring for newborns, supporting feeding, settling and daily routines, as well as caring for school-aged children. I enjoy engaging toddlers through age-appropriate activities, imaginative play, outdoor adventures and visits to the park. I’ve also helped with school pick-ups and extracurricular activities.
