Hi, I'm Tayla, an 18-year-old first-year nursing student at Monash University. I'm passionate about healthcare, wellbeing, dancing, musical theatre, and building strong relationships with family and friends. Having recently moved from a small country town to Clayton to pursue my nursing studies, I'm excited to embark on this new chapter.
As the eldest of three siblings, I share a close bond with my two younger brothers. I danced for 14 years, which led me to student teaching for the past four years. At my local dance school, I was the primary teacher and choreographer for preschoolers (ages 3–6) in contemporary and jazz, and also served as the teacher assistant and choreographer for intermediate-level students (ages 8–12). These experiences allowed me to form meaningful relationships with my students and witness their growth and development.
In addition to my dance experience, I've occasionally babysat for a family, providing after-school care for their two young children. This hands-on experience deepened my passion for working with children and inspired me to seek babysitting opportunities in my new community.
I'm eager to connect with families in Clayton, offering my nurturing care and dedication to support the growth and development of their children.
