Hello! My name is Jasmine i am 18 year old from Melbourne with a genuine love for children. Growing up in a big family, I've had the joy of spending time with cousins ranging from newborns to young teens. These experiences have sparked my passion for nurturing and supporting young minds.Childcare runs in my family my grandmother and three aunties have all dedicated over a decade to working as nannies and in childcare roles. Their commitment and wisdom have been a constant source of inspiration for me. Through them, I've learned the importance of patience, empathy, and creating a safe, engaging environment for children to thrive. In 2022 I began my professional journey as a team member at Coles where I developed strong customer service and teamwork skills. Eager to expand my horizons, I completed a Certificate III in Business in 2023 equipping me with valuable administrative and organizational abilities. Currently I work as a Community Assistant for a property developer, engaging with diverse communities and honing my communication skills. I completed Year 12 in 2024 at Carrum Downs Secondary College, where I further developed my academic and interpersonal skills. While I've gained valuable experience in these roles, my heart truly lies in working with children. I'm now seeking opportunities that align with this passion, where I can make a positive impact on young lives. With a driver's license and my own car, I'm flexible and ready to embrace new challenges in the childcare field.
