The job includes picking them up from school, taking them to after school activities , setting them up to do homework and making dinner. The hours are 3pm school pick-up to approximately 7pm on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. We live in Kew East are a relaxed easy going family and the boys have been used to having nanny’s/baby sitters for a number of years now. I’m looking for someone to join my team as a support worker for a beautiful 10 year old boy with Norries Disease who is blind and has autism and an intellectual disability. He is supported after school 3pm-8pm, weekends and school holiday. One of his current support workers is going away later in the year and we are looking to start training someone to replace her starting end of june. Days are flexible with tuesday, wednesday and thursday after school avaiable and fortnightly Sundays 3pm-8pm available. To start with we would be looking for 1-2 shifts per week with the potential to increase in the future. All training and ongoing support is provided by me so no need for prior experience but this is highly regarded. You would need to be mature, nurturing, and to have a passion for working with children and learning new skills as well as the ability to stay calm when child is dysregulated and adapt to ongoing training and feedback. Someone who is either working in or aspiring to work in behaviour support, occupational therapy, speech therapy or physio therapy would be perfect for this role as we work closely with these therapies and integrate goals into what we do with the children on a daily basis. Please note a drivers licence and access to a car is essential for the role. We are looking for someone who can make a long term commitment of at last 1 year and the role requires regular weekly work with the child to be able to work with him on the school holidays so I am not able to accept applicants who are looking for temporary or solely school holiday work. He also gets anxious around people with a heavy accent as he is very senstive to sounds..Thank you!

We are looking for a wonderful addition to the family to help two busy working parents. We find it difficult to manage all the pick ups with our work schedules, + after school activities. Our current nanny helps us greatly by spending some time helping us to reset the house which makes the week go really smoothly. We'd love to find someone that might be happy to do some light housework (dishes, tidying kids toys) that will help us reset and keep things in order through the week.
Someone with flexibility in schedule would be great as needs may vary a little week to week. One parent travels each week (Thursday and Friday). We can commit to min hours as needed.

They love eating , playing and having fun. ❤️experience with this age is definitely needed as I want to know that they are safe and in capable hands as I know how much it can be with 3 😂❤️I’m not sure on the hours yet but will always be during the day as they go to bed pretty early so early morning start late arvo finish just want to meet the right fit for us then take the shifts from there. We do currently have another nanny but looking for someone else to work in between the days. They are in care Tuesday and Thursday so won’t be needed for those days.

I live in South Yarra so we have access to all public transport within minutes, restaurants, CBD, etc. You will also have access to pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym facilities should you wish to do so before or after work.
I have a 1 year old and if you do not have experience that is okay as I train people how to work with kids and babies as a living.
Duties will include playing with baby, tidying up toys, diaper changes, meal prep, tidying up, cleaning bottles, walking dog. I typically do the feed, bath and bed with the baby but if I am unable to then I will get your help.
I am a single mom so I just need an extra hand to help me. As we will be working together and with the baby, you will be considered and welcomed as part of the family.

Looking for a babysitter/mothers helper for 2-3 mornings a week for min 3 hours to assist with caring for our newborn baby girl while I take our toddler to daycare, run errands, do jobs around the house, or sleep.
Your job will be solely to care for the baby, which will involve feeding, burping and changing her, rocking her to sleep, maybe folding some washing. This is mainly done in our lounge room, so you can watch TV at the same time. As she gets older, putting her to sleep in her crib (you can watch her on the monitor) and doing some light household duties, e.g. unloading the dishwasher.
