We are looking for a responsible and reliable babysitter/house helper for an ongoing casual position with our family. We have four beautiful children who are 16, 14, 14 and 12 and we want someone who is happy to do a predominantly driving role. We can be flexible with days/hours and work around your schedule. We require after school help a few nights per week (3 - 7pm or 6 - 9pm), occasional school pick ups, driving to sport/school activities, helping with homework, helping with housework and occasional grocery shopping and cooking. Weekend help with sport may be required or night time babysitting on request. Holiday house house sitting/cat sitting whilst we are away. Hello - we are a family of 5 located in Ashburton. We have three beautiful children - 9 y/o girl, 8 y/o boy and a 6 y/o boy - and are looking for a nanny to help with before and after school care on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In the mornings (7:15 - 9:15 am) we are specifically looking for someone to assist with getting the kids ready for school and assist in drop off. There may be time for meal prep or after school snack prep. We are less than a 5 min walk to school so no driving required.
The afternoons (3 pm - 6 pm) will include gathering after-school snacks, assisting in school pick-up (3:30 pm), and taking the kids to activities. We will provide the car for transport and most activities are about a 10 min drive from our home. When home from activities we'll need help getting them showered and some dinner prep.

We are a family of four, looking for an experienced infant nanny for TWO weekdays (can be flexible which days) per week of care for our baby daughter. She will be approximately six months old at the time of commencement in mid May 2025 - to support mother's return to work. Our eldest daughter is five years old and attends a local primary school - pick up from school by nanny not essential but would be helpful to have as a back up.
