I’m looking for a nanny that can take care of my twin boys (that will be turning 1 end of Feb) when I return to full time work from Feb 2026. Looking for 1-2 days of support per week whilst I work from home and to help take care of the boys and hoping for some help with with some light housework and preparing meals for the boys and/or the family if able to.

Hi! We are a family of 3 - I am Betty (30), my husband Anthony (34) and baby Aria (18m). Aria is absolutely the heart of our family - she is so curious and cheeky! She loves dancing to music, reading books and is hands down an outdoors baby who wants to be outside, rain hail or shine.

We are looking for a babysitter to cover my working hours on Fridays (9am-12pm (3hrs) and/or 2-5pm (3hrs)) starting on a weekly basis from 16 Jan 2026. Anthony and I will both be present and working from home, and Anthony’s workspace is in the living room (which is also sometimes a play space).

What we are looking for in a babysitter: Aria is by temperament cautious, sensitive and slow to warm up, so it is important to us that her babysitter is gentle, patient, empathetic and emotionally-attuned to her and her needs, and is willing to give her full attention and consistency to foster trust. She is also starting to experience big emotions, so we are looking for someone who is able to help her identify her emotions and comfort her through any feelings that may overwhelm her. We would like a babysitter who adopts screen-free and child-led play, and someone who genuinely enjoys playing and engaging with toddlers and is willing to follow Aria’s cues and interests (which might mean potentially repeating the same word over and over again, or playing the same game over and over again!). We are looking for someone to delight in Aria, encourage her and help her understand her experiences.

Some things we will not be expecting you to do include: putting Aria to sleep, making food (other than getting pre-made snacks for Aria), cleaning/housework.

I am looking for a long term baby sitter / nanny for my son, Marcus, who is 2 years old and his cousin, Grace, who is also 2 years old. We’re looking for a kind, reliable, and energetic nanny to join our family every Friday, caring primarily for our fun-loving 4-year-old. She attends 4-year-old kinder, and on her day off we need someone from 8:15am to around 5:00pm.

She’s curious and loves little adventures—whether that’s a trip to gymnastics, a visit to the library, or simply exploring activities at home. We want someone who can connect with her, guide her through the day, and create a calm, engaging environment.

We are looking for an experienced nanny who would be comfortable driving her to these activities.

We already have a long-term nanny for another day of the week and a regular cleaner, so the housework is light and simple—mainly tidying up after her and loading/unloading the dishwasher as needed.

We are a busy professional family with 2 young kids (age 3 months and 3 years old) based in Box Hill south looking for a full time nanny/household manager. My older son will be at kinder full time, so mainly looking after the little one and house hold duties including preparing the family evening meal (from a meal kit). If shorter days are preferred, we have the option of just afternoon only 12-6pm shift instead and the baby will go to childcare and your role will be household things first then pick up.
