Our lovely baby sitter has moved so we’re seeking a reliable, local babysitter to assist with daycare and school pickup during the week. We live in Pascoe Vale and have two Swaussie (Swedish/Aussie) girls, aged 3 and 6. They enjoy going to the park, animals (we have an elderly dog and a cat), arts and crafts, reading books, and dancing. They’re very entertaining and enjoyable to be around, though they do have occasional meltdowns when it’s time to leave the park. We’re always happy to help if that happens if you struggle. :)

The role involves picking them up at 3 pm from daycare or school two days a week (we can be flexible with it being Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday). You’ll most likely take them to the park for a hour before we arrive home around 5 pm. They enjoy outdoor activities, but we only have a small yard, so visiting the park is ideal.

We’re looking for a local 20+ female who is confident, creative, active, playful, honest, safety-minded, reliable, and positive. A personal car is necessary for this role, as the school is about a 10-minute drive from our house. We’ll provide the car seats, but ideally, you’d be comfortable having them in most weeks (we’re happy to reinstall them every once in a while).

We want our kids to get the most out of their childhood, especially through play, and hope to find someone who can help facilitate that. We’ll pay a casual rate and you’ll need insurance. We’ll ask you to keep phone use to a minimum when you’re with the kids. Besides than that we’re pretty flexible and easy going. We’d hope you could commit to about a year if we’re a good fit. Our previous babysitter is happy to be a reference for us.

We're in need of a nanny for Thursday and Friday (12th and 13th of Feb) during the day from approximately 9am - 5pm.

We have a 9 mth old boy who needs help sitting up and supervision at all times. He can do commando crawling and play with toys on the floor. We feed him solids twice a day and bottle feeds otherwise. He naps about two times during the day each lasting from 30 mins to 1.5 hours, during which time you're expected to wash baby bottles and launder bibs and other baby items (he drools a lot). Both parents will be home, one working remote full time and one doing post op recovery.

We are looking for a carer who we can count on casually to care for our boys (3 and 5) really help with kinder drop off and school drop off. It would be about 2 hours on a Tuesday morning and a Wednesday morning.

We are a happy family of 3 with no pets seeking a professional caregiver to help our young son continue to thrive while his mother returns to work part time. This job is to care for a 17 month old boy. Up to 22 hours per week on a casual / ad-hoc basis: Hours are 9-5 mon & Tues and 9-3 Wed. We don't require assistance with house work, but do sometimes need assistance with preparing his meals; just taking what's available/ precooked out of the fridge - lunch and possibly dinner if he gets hungry earlier. We are 5 min walk from train station and there is a free parking space directly infront of our house you can use.

We need help with after school care for 3 children aged 5 (preschool), 6 and 9 (two boys, one girl). We are looking for pickup from day care for 5 year old approx 3:00-3:15pm (5 minute drive from house), pick up from school for two other children at 3:30pm (5-10 minute walk from house). Job details:
Days and hours: 4 x 3.5 hour shifts per fortnight
Week one: Tuesday 5:30am – 9am
Week two: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 5:30am – 9am.

Location: Ivanhoe (School Drop off is also in Ivanhoe).

Pay rate: $34-$40 an hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Shift type: Before School Care, assistance with morning routine and getting ready for school, followed by school drop off.
Number of children: You’d be caring for our gorgeous and delightful 6 year old boy.

Car: Require your own car to do school drop off.
The school is a 6-10 minute / 2.9km drive from our home.
We’d supply a car seat to use, including training in how to properly and safely fit and remove it.
Reimbursement for use of car is in line with the ATO rate: 88c per kilometer to cover petrol, insurance and usage etc. Given the distances are fixed, that’d be about $25 a fortnight.

Position duration: 12 months or longer.
*During the school holidays the hours may reduce a little bit however I’ll still need about 1-3 days a fortnight, as I’ll still mostly be working. Public holidays which change my RDOs may reduce the hours here and there as well.

Start date: Tuesday the 24/2/26.
We’d have one short meet and greet before that, and then ideally Monday 23/2/26 one practice shift (paid) with me there the whole time, including coming with me to drop off and to introduce you to his foundation teacher so she knows who you are.

I am looking for a part time nanny for our 6 month old son when I return to work full time in March. We are looking for someone available 4-6 hours (within 9am - 5pm) a day, 2-4 days during the week.

We are looking for someone to join our family full time (Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 5.30pm). We welcomed our twins in late October and have an almost 4 year old who goes to childcare full time. We are a very busy household with both parents working full time. The role will be full time, and we will pay a full time salary + super.
