Ideally, we would like someone who lives locally, has their driver's license, is responsible and enthusiastic about caring for children.

We have two children, Ria who is 2 and Petros who is 1.

We are seeking a nanny who speaks fluent Greek. Ria, will also be starting half day kinder in January, 3 days per week, so your time will sometimes be with one child, and other times with both of them. The kids are both in a very good routine with their meals and naps, so our primary objective is for our nanny to maintain their routine and engage in meaningful play.

ABOUT THE FAMILY

Family of four with two girls (4.5 years old and 8 years old) are looking for a nanny to care for their two girls. The right person will have some experience caring for children, but the family is open to hiring someone who is new in their caregiving journey. First and foremost, the family is looking for someone with integrity, family values, someone who is trustworthy and someone who is reliable.

The family will need additional support during school holidays.

ABOUT THE NANNY

The ideal candidate must be comfortable caring for the girls together and competent in keeping a clean and organised home. You must be energetic and prepared to facilitate age-appropriate activities with the two girls, such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, cooking, hide and seek etc. These girls do not have iPads and screen time (i.e. watching movies) is kept to a minimum.

The parents are both working parents but occasionally work from home and are very present in the children's lives.


DUTIES
• First and foremost, look after the girls. Imaginative play, being outdoors, reading books, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Light laundry duties (putting clothing in washer and dryer). No ironing required.
• Grocery shopping before school pick up.
• Picking up the girls from school on a Tuesday.
• Helping to keep house tidy (e.g. general errands, accepting packages, unpacking dishwasher, etc).
• Occasional availability to baby sit for date night.
• Return home to tidy state at end of each day.

We are looking for a reliable babysitter, non smoker with own car, WCC, with parent references to pick up 2 boys (age 10 and 12 years) from school in Toorak and drive them home (5 minutes drive from school). Minimal hours 2.30-4.30 pm each Wednesday. Optional school holiday care as well. You would guide my boys to unpack their school bags and supervise their homework (making sure that if they are on their laptops they are actually doing homework and not slacking off). Wash their lunchboxes. Make them some arvo tea. You may need to drive one of the boys to a fitness class nearby at 4.30pm. We are looking for a fun and lively person who can connect with our 3 children aged 9 (Max) and 13 (Noah) with their own car, references and WWCC. We also have another daughter Naomi (15) in Year 10 and is always at afterschool sport and is completely independent.

I’m looking for someone to help with afternoons/evenings for my two kids (9YO girl and 14YO boy) on Weds and Thursday.
Includes school pick up (mostly for the 9YO as the 14YO can often walk home or has activities), taking them to activities, organise dinner, put away kids washing, tidy toy room, make lunches for the kids the next day. At this stage, weds is netball training and Thursday swimming lessons for the 9YO. However it might also include picking up my son after school sport (still confirming the schedule).
If you can walk the dog before school pick up that’s also welcomed but would mean a start time of 230 instead of 330. Finish time will usually be around 7.

Note: We did have two wonderful nannies for 18 months but both managed to get internships. A friend of one of those nannies is doing Mon/Tues, so need someone to do the other days. I found having two nannies worked well where things came up and they could also fill in for each other.
