• Monday–Wednesday: 7:45am–5pm
• Total: approximately 27 hours per week

About the Role:
Two families are seeking a warm, experienced nanny to join our established nanny share arrangement for a 12-month role. We've successfully shared a nanny for over 2 years caring for our older children, and are now looking for someone who can commit to growing with our younger children as they develop through this important stage.

Children in Care:
• Child 1: 15 months old
• Child 2: 12 months old

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Care & Routine
• Prepare and serve two meals daily (breakfast and lunch) plus morning and afternoon snacks (food provided, heating/assembly required)
• Manage nap routines (typically 2 hours mid-day for both children)
• Handle nappy changes, hygiene, and general care throughout the day

Development & Engagement
• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate play activities that support physical, cognitive, and language development
• Encourage early learning through songs, books, sensory play, and interactive games
• Support emerging independence and self-help skills
• Introduce new words, concepts, and social skills through play

Outings & Activities
• Daily outdoor time, including backyard play and short local walks
• Occasional local outings (e.g. nearby park or library)

Light Housekeeping
• Tidy up after meals and play activities
• No general household cleaning beyond child-related tasks

What We're Looking For:

Essential:
• Proven experience caring for babies and toddlers (particularly 12–24 month age group)
• Demonstrated ability to manage two young children simultaneously
• Strong judgement around hygiene and illness prevention
• WWCC
• Current Police Check
• Current First Aid certification (or willingness to complete Tiny Hearts First Aid course at our expense)
• Minimum two recent references from families or previous employers
• Fluent English communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Highly Regarded:
• Early childhood education background or qualifications
• Knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate activities
• Creative approach to play and learning
• Experience with nanny shares

We are looking for a responsible, experienced and caring part-time babysitter/nanny to help with our 3 year old and 1 year old for 3 hours during the day this Sunday, as well as for occasional weekend or evening babysitting for other the kids moving forward.

For this Sunday, it would be for 3 hours from approximately 12-3pm. We are looking for someone who has experience with 2 kids, to play with both kids in the home, feed them the snacks from their lunchbox if they’re hungry (no bottles needed for the 1 year old), help with the potty or nappy changes if needed and just generally play together with them for a few hours.

We’re hoping for someone generally who is not just ‘supervising’ the girls, but truly engaging and entertaining her through doing different actives in the home (like drawing, singing, pretend play, reading etc). And someone that has experience with the demands of two kids :)

I’m hoping to find a gentle, caring and capable person to care for my beautiful 7 month old for an hour a day whilst I attend the gym and my husband is at work. She is a funny little thing, full of smiles and loves the outdoors.

The service would be needed around 7:30am/8:00am for an hour.

As this would be of a morning during her first wake window, the successful applicant will essentially be caring for her whilst I exercise (in my home gym) with entertainment. She is breastfed so unlikely you’ll need to feed her, although we are working at getting the bottle happening!
