I’m looking for a reliable, energetic babysitter to help with my three boys (3, 2, and 9 months). This is an ongoing role with stable hours and room to increase pay for the right fit.

Hours
– Mondays and Tuesdays, from 4 to 8 hours each day
– Occasional extra days if available
– Occasional weekend evening help with bedtime
– Trial period: you will not be left alone with the boys at first, but that is the long-term goal once trust is built

Tasks
– General childcare (nappies, bottles, meals, play, settling)
– Light cleaning and tidying
– Basic cooking for the kids
– Keeping them engaged without screens
– Helping maintain a calm, organised routine in a small granny-flat setup

Requirements
– Must love kids and be confident with babies and toddlers
– Energetic, creative, and patient
– First aid preferred
– Driver’s licence helpful for emergencies or errands
– Good communication skills (English doesn’t need to be perfect)

Notes
– Not looking for someone to replace me — just support so I can work
– I’m looking for long-term reliability and someone the boys can bond with

We’re a warm, busy family of five: mum, dad, two lively kids, and our sweet 9-month-old baby, Zoe. We’re looking for a caring babysitter to help for two weeks, Monday to Friday, roughly 10am–2pm.

Both mum and dad will be working from home during this time, so we’d love someone who can give Zoe their attention, for example playing with her, feeding her, taking her out for little walks, and enjoying her cheerful company. She usually has a nap around midday too, so there will be some quiet time.

We’re coming home to Sydney for the holidays and need an amazing kind high energy local female nanny who can help us take care of our 10 month old son.
We cannot bring our nanny over from the USA, so we are looking for someone very experienced, who has a childcare education background, or has extensive experience working with babies and toddlers.
First aid and drivers license essential.

Our son is a very happy and very active baby, needs stimulation (active and resting play time, books, creative adventures, music, walks). Must be flexible and okay working long hours. Some days we might take him out for both lunch and dinner and to spend time with family, some days you will be with him the full 24hrs. We will mainly be in Palmy but East for part of the time as well.

Need to by physically strong as our baby is a big strong guy! You don’t need to do full housework, just cleaning up the baby spaces and kitchen after cooking for him etc. Must be able to prepare milk bottles and cook basic fresh food (he eats very clean organic simple meals).

Above all - looking for someone very loving who can help us across the few weeks we are in town.

Dates are roughly December 5 - Dec 28.

My name is Amanda and my family and I live in West Pymble. We have 2 boys - aged 13 and 15 who attend school a short train ride away. We are looking for someone to work with us on weekdays both in the morning (6.30am to 8am) and afternoons (3.30pm to 6.30pm). The boys are pretty self sufficient and used to the routine. Role would involve keeping them on track in the morning, making them breakfast and lunchboxes and driving them to train station (occasional school drop off may be required around sports training schedules). Then picking them up from local train after school, making afternoon snacks and lunches for next day and driving/picking up from local sports activities a couple of times a week. Ideally we are looking for someone to start in Term 1 (starting third week of January) and commit for the school year in 2026 (through to early December). Rate negotiable. We need someone in the mornings Monday through Thursday (Friday optional) and afternoons Monday through Thursday. May suit uni student around uni schedule (this has been our experience in the past). We are looking for a responsible, experienced and caring part-time babysitter/nanny to help with our 2 year old for four hours this Thursday morning, as well as on an upcoming Saturday/Sunday during the daytime (can be flexible on the weekend day, but looking for someone for this Thursday morning!). We also have a 10 month old baby, but the care would be only for the toddler, and would not require you to watch both children at the same time (at least not right now).

We are looking for someone who can provide care in the morning for our two year old so Mum can take the baby out to an appointment this week.

Ideally this person would also be available to contact for one off babysitter if they’re free in the future, including an upcoming weekend day before Christmas (either a Saturday or Sunday one weekend upcoming before Xmas)

The ideal person would be happy to spend the time engaging thoughtfully and creatively 1-on-1 with the toddler either inside or outside the home. This is not a role where a candidate is just ‘supervising’ the child, but truly engaging and entertaining her through doing different actives in the home (like drawing, singing, pretend play, reading etc) or taking her to the park and engage with her whilst she plays on the equipment or run around with her etc.
