**Part-Time Nanny / Family Support | Earlwood | 1.5 Days per Week**
We’re looking for a warm, reliable and experienced nanny to care for our **8-month-old baby boy** and provide some general family support.
**Location:** Earlwood
**Hours:** Approx. 12–15 hours per week
**Preferred days:** Monday (full day) + Wednesday (afternoon/evening), however days are negotiable for the right person
**Rate:** $35 Negotiable for the right person
**Start:** ASAP Negotiable | Ongoing role
We’re looking for someone who can become a trusted and consistent part of our family. Some days you’ll have sole care of baby, while on others Mum will be home and you’ll work alongside her as an extra pair of hands.
**Baby care includes:**
* Play, reading, walks and age-appropriate activities
* Following nap routines and settling for naps
* Nappy changes and general care
* Feeding and preparing age-appropriate meals
* Evening care including dinner, bath and bedtime as needed
**Light household/family support includes:**
* Dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher
* Family laundry – washing, folding and putting away
* Simple meal prep for baby and/or family
* Light kitchen and household tidying
**Baby will always be the priority.** We understand that caring for a baby can be demanding, so household tasks are flexible and only expected when time allows. When Mum is caring for baby, there may be more opportunity to help around the home.
**What we’re looking for:**
* Previous experience caring for babies **(essential)**
* Current infant first aid **(essential)**
* Warm, nurturing, reliable and proactive
* Comfortable caring for baby independently as well as working alongside a parent
* References **strongly preferred**
Most importantly, we’re hoping to find the right person who can build a lovely relationship with our baby and become a trusted, ongoing support for our family.
